Personal experience
Parkour and martial arts, like the sun and the moon, go hand in hand on his growth path.
From the age of 1 1, he showed amazing sports talent. From an early age, he actively asked his parents to send him to a martial arts school. At first, parents were unwilling to let their children go to school because they were afraid of delaying their children's cultural achievements, because Bai Jie's grades were among the best in the class and he was also a "three-good" student, but at Bai Jie's strong request, parents reluctantly agreed. Martial arts training is very hard, and you have to do a lot of training every day. Sometimes, for an action, Bai Jie would rather suffer physical pain than the coach say he can't. It is with his persistence and persistence that Bai Jie has made great progress in physical strength and martial arts. It is also the quality of self-improvement and perseverance that he developed since he was a child, which made him go further and further on the road of parkour.
Bai Jie 1 1 year-old left the infants protected by their parents and entered the university to experience the study and life of the university alone. 15 years old, an age when most children are immersed in the pure fantasy of junior high school and senior high school, but Bai Jie began to experience ups and downs unknown to his peers in this year. 18 years old, graduated from university and entered the society. In this way, every stage of his life came earlier than the average student.
After graduating from college, Bai Jie left school and played Parkour. It was from then on that injuries became a common occurrence for him. "The actor will die on the stage." When I went to the show on the Avenue of Stars in 2008. Although the rehearsal was very successful, it was very difficult to do some tumbling movements in parkour due to the strong stage lighting when it came to the official performance. In order to show the visual effect, he specially added a difficult high-altitude somersault. Because the light shook his eyes, Bai Jie lost his way and fell down, leaving a big hole on the stage of the Avenue of Stars. After the fall, he continued to complete the action, only slightly reducing the difficulty coefficient of the action. He said that you can't stop because of injury or pain, because this is the professional ethics of actors.
"I have been involved in sports all my life." When you can't run, you can't fight, and you won't leave your favorite career. He may choose other jobs besides parkour, but the essence of his work is not to leave action, martial arts and parkour.
When it comes to training parkour students, Bai Jie is not a good coach. There are three pieces of evidence. First, he is not strict. His only requirement for students is to "have fun". Second, he has no patience. He hopes that students can learn quickly and well. Third, his heart is too soft, and he is distressed that the students are stumbling in training. As we all know, parkour is a very dangerous sport, and it is often difficult for people without a certain martial arts foundation or sports foundation to get started.
Compared with training, Bai Jie still likes to attract audiences by performing on his own stage or participating in advertisements. He also often takes part in public performances to help some people in need.
The year before last, Bai Jie and his Parkour team went to the Special Police College of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force to give exchanges and guidance to the Special Operations Brigade. He taught the special police the skills of unarmed movements, and also explored the method of climbing the vertical pipe with bare hands on the spot. Before that, he won't climb the pipe. In order not to disappoint everyone, he made an attempt. He stuck his foot between the pipe and the wall, pressed the sole of his foot and the instep, and grabbed the pipe with both hands to climb up. Probably a parkour savvy accumulated over time, he climbed to the top at a rapid speed, and the audience applauded immediately. Although swat can climb pipes, they are armed to the teeth. In this way, parkour is not a "disciple"!
It is the practicality and danger of parkour itself that determines that parkour will not be as popular as basketball and other sports. In addition, parkour has higher requirements for enthusiasts, and people who are too old and too fat are not suitable for parkour. The limitation of the venue makes them feel more difficult in their daily training. Ancient buildings can't be protected by parkour, and modern buildings are spaced apart and are not suitable for parkour.
With the popularity of his videos on the Internet, Bai Jie's fame is growing. He and his team were also invited to perform in Happy Camp, Lu Yu You Yue, CCTV Spring Festival Evening and other programs.
Speaking of my impressive performance experiences, one of them was filming the 60th anniversary video for Youku. He needs to perform from 1950s to modern times, and finding costume props has become the biggest difficulty. The hard-won green military uniform was also pointed out by the audience at the shooting scene that it did not conform to the style of the 1950 s, so Bai Jie changed his clothes and posted some red stars on it. After filming, he edited the film. He said that he was lucky to have a professional team like Youku to make such a good film. Otherwise, a person who is not even a wild way will not make this film so good. Later, he also tried to learn to cut films by himself, and he did everything by himself from shooting to later soundtrack.
Bai Jie is curious about the world. He said there was a lot of fog in front of him, and he wanted to pull it out to see the world clearly. He can parkour and martial arts, and the fog in front of him is the production of video. He hopes to promote Parkour through video and * * and pursue his personal dream of action, but he has taken many detours on this road. He is very eager to have several people familiar with video post-production to help him.
Indeed, the promotion of Parkour is inseparable from good videos and publicity. He is also very demanding of * *, and he is looking forward to the plot and development of Parkour * *, which is a plump, flesh-and-blood action movie.
Maybe * *+action+parkour skill is what he will pursue in the future. We look forward to seeing him running, jumping and fighting on the screen like Jackie Chan in the near future, just like his own wish-"I hope to be a real martial arts star like Jackie Chan, without body double!"
