How to knit Chinese knots

First, prepare a rope long enough.

Fold the rope in half, then hold the center of both ends and place it like three petals. Arrange them in a cross.

Then bend the upper middle ring to the right ring. Turn the right ring upside down, that is, turn it upside down and put it on the middle ring, and then press the two ropes below to the right ring. Then pass the left ring through the center of the right ring.

The knot may be elastic and a little messy at this time. You need to tighten all four ends. Pull evenly to make the square about the same length. Reuse the Rao method mentioned above, starting from the center and circulating once. Then tighten the four ends again.
