Catch is the most important skill of the goalkeeper, including ground ball, flat ball and high-altitude ball.
(A) technical action essentials
1. Ground ball
(1) Straight leg style: Stand with legs together naturally, toes facing the ball, upper body leaning forward, elbows touching elbows, hands with little fingers together, palms facing the ball. At the moment when the hand touches the ball, as the ball bends its elbow and wrist, the two arms come together to hold the ball on the chest (Figure 4- 1). (2) Kneeling support: mostly used to move sideways to catch the ball. When catching the left ball, the left leg bends and the right leg kneels near the left foot, and the distance shall not exceed the diameter of the ball. Other actions are the same as the straight leg ball (Figure 4-2). When catching the right ball, the action is the same and the direction is opposite.
2. Flat hollow ball
Refers to the air ball above the knee and below the chest. When catching the ball, face the incoming ball, palm up, little finger facing each other, and face the ball forward. The upper body leans forward, and when the hand touches the ball, the arms retreat to pull up the buffer and hold the ball in the chest (Figure 4-3).
3. High-altitude ball
Facing the incoming ball, your arms are extended upward, your thumbs are relatively open, the other four fingers are slightly flexed, and your palms are facing the ball (Figure 4-4). At the moment when your hand touches the ball at the highest point, your fingers and wrists should properly buffer and catch the ball, and then turn your wrist and bend your elbow to hold the ball on your chest.
Second, hit the ball.
Goalkeepers will hit the ball with their fists when competing for space or losing balance with one or more opponents.
(A) technical action essentials
1. Hit the ball
Accurately judge the running route of the incoming ball, move in place in time, make a fist, and punch quickly when approaching the ball. There are two kinds of boxing shooting: single boxing and double boxing. Single punch is flexible, with large swing range and great hitting power (Figure 4-6). Double fist hitting the ball has a large contact area and high accuracy. holding
After judging the running route of the incoming ball, jump back to hold the ball. When holding the ball, the fingers are slightly open, the palms are turned outwards, and the front part of the palms touches the lower part of the ball, so that the ball changes its trajectory and crosses the goal crossbar in an arc (Figure 4-7).
(B) easy to make mistakes and correction methods
1. When holding the ball, the hand touches the ball incorrectly.
Correction: throw the ball yourself, practice holding the ball, and pay attention to touching the ball with the palm of your hand.
2. The thrust direction of the ball is wrong.
Correction: emphasize that the palm of your hand touches the ball in front and exerts force backwards and upwards.
3. When boxing hits the ball, the hitting power is too small.
Correction: the arm is adducted, and the action is fast and the swing is big when hitting the ball, which is beneficial to hitting the ball.
Third, catch the ball
(A) technical action essentials
1. Throw the side ball. Kick the opposite foot hard, and put your hands out to the side quickly, with one hand behind the ball and the other hand above the side of the ball. At the same time, the body landed in the same side of the foot. When landing, it falls on the outside of the calf, the outside of the thigh, the outside of the hip and the outside of the elbow in turn, and holds the ball body after landing.
2. Crush the empty ball. Push the proximal foot hard to make the body jump and stretch in the air. Grab the ball with your fingers. After catching the ball, the ball, elbow, shoulder, upper body, hip and outer leg touch the ground in turn and roll up quickly (Figure 4-9).
(B) easy to make mistakes and correction methods
1. When throwing the sideline ball, the hand type is wrong and the ball cannot be caught.
Correction: (1) If you fall to the ground and hold the ball, you will experience the catcher.
(2) Fix the ball on the side, and pay attention to whether the hand shape is correct after catching the ball.
2. The landing sequence is wrong when saving the ball.
Correction: Practice landing with the ball in hand and experience the landing sequence.
3. I was scared when I saved the ball, and I didn't dare to do it.
Correction: explain the essentials of actions, do ideological work, break down actions for students to practice and let students gradually overcome their fears.
Fourth, serve
(A) technical action essentials
1. Throw the ball by hand
(1). Throw the ball with one hand on the shoulder: open your feet back and forth, bend your knees, hold the ball with one hand, and bend your arms on your shoulders. When throwing the ball, the arm holding the ball is pulled back, while the body turns sideways and the center of gravity moves to the hind foot. When throwing the ball, the back foot is pushed backward, and the ball is thrown to the predetermined target with the strength of turning, swinging arm and wrist.
(2) Side hook throwing: The feet are spread back and forth, the body is facing the direction of the ball, and the ball is pulled back with one hand, the arm is slightly flexed, and the center of gravity moves to the hind foot. When throwing the ball, the back foot pushes the ground hard and rotates at the same time, and the center of gravity moves from the back foot to the front foot. When the arm holding the ball swings from the back to the shoulder in an arc, the fingers and wrists throw the ball hard at the predetermined target.
Kick a ball with one's feet
(1) Kicking in the air: Put the ball in front of you and kick the ball during its free fall. Mostly used for long-distance or rainy days when the site is muddy.
(2) Kicking a rebound ball: Throw the ball in front of your body and kick it out at the moment when it rebounds after landing. Compared with kicking in the air, it has higher accuracy, faster speed, lower arc and stronger concealment.
These two kinds of kicking actions are basically the same as kicking on the front side of the instep, except that the goalkeeper kicks forward and upward because it is required to kick far.
