In addition, there is the eighth five-year plan brick size: 2l6×l05×43mm.
75 Brick size: 190×90×40mm and so on.
The sizes of sintered porous bricks (including coal gangue, shale, fly ash and clay) are 240* 1 15*90, 240 * 15 * 180, 240*240*90 and 65438.
Extended data:
Shale is a rock formed by squeezing clay by crustal movement. It is called shale because of its distinct bedding and easy peeling. Shale is generally brown, gray or black, with low hardness, easy to be broken and easy to be processed into ideal raw materials for brick making.
According to the different contents of silicon, calcium and carbon, shale can be divided into siliceous shale, calcareous shale and carbonaceous shale. Among them, siliceous shale has the advantages of small deformation, low hygroscopicity, difficult weathering of bricks and easy quality assurance, and is more suitable for producing shale bricks.
The chemical composition of shale and clay is similar, and the compounds of silicon, calcium, aluminum and iron account for more than 80% of the total composition.
The main varieties are solid bricks and perforated bricks. The main technical problems to be solved in production practice are:
(1) According to the chemical composition of shale, it is determined whether it can be directly used as firing raw material.
(2) Determine the working pressure and molding moisture of the brick machine according to the plasticity index of shale raw materials.
