If you haven't laid bricks yet, you can consider digging several ditches to bury them. The water pipes outside the house should be buried as deep as possible to prevent freezing, otherwise they will freeze and crack in winter; If you want a water pipe, you must have a drain pipe. Water pipes are generally buried deep, as if they were buried to nearly one meter, but the details are not clear.
PPR pipes can only be connected by melting with PPR fuser. Connect it to the end where you want to install the basin, connect an internal wire, install a splayed valve, then install a water inlet pipe and connect it to the faucet of the basin.
If you don't install a basin, just connect an inner wire elbow and faucet.
If you install the faucet directly, it will definitely not be low. The part above the ground must be fixed to the wall with water clamps. After all, it is not a steel pipe! Of course, you can also use a section of galvanized pipe on the ground and then connect it directly to the faucet, which also needs to be fixed. But galvanized pipes are not recommended.
