Test standard of basketball dribbling around the pole

The criteria are as follows:

1, examination methods and grading standards. The students stood behind the starting line with the ball. After hearing the starting command, they dribbled the ball with one hand and passed the bar in turn. Test scores are recorded in seconds, accurate to 1 digit after the decimal point. If basketball is out of control, students can pick it up at the test center and continue dribbling in the out-of-control place without stopping watching. If there is any foul behavior in the exam, such as stealing, touching the ball with both hands at the same time, touching the ball below the knee, missing the post, knocking down the post, leaving the examination area, etc., the score will be cancelled.

2. Examination venues and equipment. The examination room is 20 meters long and 7 meters wide. Sign poles are set 5 meters before the starting line, with 5 rows, 2 in each row. The distance between sign posts is 3m, and the distance between the center points of two sign posts in the same row is 1m, which is 3m away from the same side edge.

3. dribbling requirements for boys and girls. Boys are required to dribble twice in four steps, and the right foot exceeds the first row of poles in the fourth step. Because of the small steps, girls are required to dribble the ball three times in six steps, and the right foot exceeds the first row of markers in the sixth step. Boys and girls have specific action requirements in dribbling around the pole, turning around and sprinting.
