However, at this moment, when others are talking nonsense, when lies can gain immediate benefits, and when honesty may lose a golden opportunity, do you still need to be honest with others? Can you be the most beautiful yourself? Only when you are there, do you know how powerful faith and strength are needed to transcend the mundane and humble. Being able to treat others with sincerity itself shows a deep power.

Be honest, be honest with yourself. If you are sincere, don't deceive yourself. Being honest with yourself is not easy, even more difficult than being honest with others. Where is the difficulty? It's hard to recognize yourself. It is difficult to recognize one's own advantages and be impartial; It's hard to realize your own shortcomings, and it's hard to be impartial. Buddhists often say that only a calm water surface can reflect the moon in the sky. If you want to know yourself clearly, you must first calm down your erratic mentality. How hard it is.

Second word, yes.

Success is based on results. Management is not moral preaching, not teaching and educating people. Managers have a more realistic pursuit, which is the result and the performance of enterprises. Without result orientation, the team will have no clear goals and management will lose its direction. In recent years, many world-renowned laboratories are struggling, some are squeezed out by the company, some have to sell their own buildings to make a living, and some can only be completely dissolved. It's not that researchers have no talent, that research itself has no value, but that research results can't solve the urgent needs of enterprises. Enterprises need immediate results, and managers must always reflect on the results.

Success is the achievement of others. It is said that managers should have a broad mind like prime ministers and tolerate all kinds of grievances. In fact, it is to ask managers to achieve others. A good manager won't compete with colleagues for profits and subordinates for credit. Even in the face of huge benefits, we can restrain our inner greed. The boss is going to be fired. Only managers who are not afraid, capable and willing to suffer losses can build a cohesive team.

Success, achievement. If you regard management as a trick of deception and tactics, and you can't extricate yourself from it and stop learning and improving the business skills you were good at before, then the self-destructive manager is actually making a negative teaching material for subordinates and colleagues. Managers set an example, strive for self-improvement, and lead the team forward in the process of self-achievement.

Honesty and success, seemingly simple, are very difficult to do.
