Step 2: wrap your wrist three times, not too tightly, but straight.
Step 3: After wrapping your wrist, start wrapping your fingers from outside to inside. Wrap the palm pericardium first, then the little finger, then the palm.
Step 4: Tie each finger in the same way, wrap the back of your hand, wrap your fingers, wrap the back of your hand, and come back and wrap it around your palm.
Step 5: After each finger is wrapped, start wrapping the thumb to ensure that the thumb is also protected. The thumb can be wrapped twice to give it extra protection.
Step 6: After the thumb is wrapped, wrap your hand with a bandage for 2-3 times, then pull it down to your wrist and wrap it several times.
Step 7: Be sure to protect your wrist-wrap the bandage 3 inches under your palm.
Step 8: Stick the velcro firmly to ensure that your strap will not come loose. There should be some space between your palm and wrist for your hands to breathe. Tie it tight, but not too tight.
