As far as numerology is concerned, fate is primary, and nobles are secondary. It's not enough to look at the fate first, just the nobility.
As far as philosophy of life is concerned, if a person can change his personality through subjective efforts, then his fate will also change. Personally, I think this idea of relying on others is not desirable.
