? In the lecture "Triple Realm of Ideal Classroom and Presentation of Chinese Teaching", Mr. Gan analyzed the whole reading of many fairy tales, poems and even classical novels. While marveling at Mr. Gan's unique perspective of text interpretation, I reflected on my carelessness in reading. Teacher Gan analyzed the readers' gender of Cinderella and Ugly Duckling from the following aspects: the differences between the storyline and ideological core, the scenery and writing perspective of looking at Tianmen Mountain, the author's boast of sitting alone in Jingting Mountain, and the hidden words and value pursuit in Notes for an Absent Person, Walking on the Mountain and The Ugly Duckling, so as to read the texts carefully. Especially in universities, compulsory courses, specialized courses and Netease classes, I learned Gan's explanation of "Moonlit Night on a Spring River". I have listened to different teachers and even literary masters' interpretations of this poem more than once, and carefully analyzed Gan's interpretations or similarities. However, I was deeply impressed by Gan's logic and breakthrough point, and I also learned the text interpretation method of "proving poetry by myself". Mr. Gan mentioned many fairy tales in his lecture. I am ashamed that most of them have not been read, so it is difficult to appreciate the spiritual wealth that Mr. Gan mentioned in his explanation and learned from innocence. In this way, I found more deficiencies in reading.
? Teacher Chen Meili told "A child moves forward ...", and the story of "Manman" was so touching and shocking that I can still remember it vividly, and tears still came up. If what Mr. Gan told you at the beginning was teaching theory and practical strategy, then the story told by Mr. Chen is watering the soul. There is no way, such as a baptism, showing up, and planting a seed for every teacher in the process of children's constant transformation. I never believe in miracles, but I believe in hard work. After listening to Mr. Chen's lecture, a teacher said: "Mom" is the mother of millions of children, but also her past. At that moment, she was very sad and sincerely felt lucky for them. Teacher Chen has given "Manman" the greatest care and love, and has been waiting for flowers to bloom, and Manman has been working hard. I think it is enough to know what a good teacher is, what a good education looks like and what my future should look like. ?
? Teacher Chen led us to dance with poetry in the early morning at the lecture "Teaching children to read poetry under the moon". In the past, my morning reading time has been occupied by test sites and majors, so it is more appropriate to call it "early self-study". This kind of morning reading really has no attraction for me, but the change of concept is often only in an instant. I was lucky enough to listen to the lecture "Under the Moon" of the course "Beauty of the Whole Person" before, but there is still a big gap between online observation and on-site experience. I still remember every poem that teacher Chen taught that day, the sunshine outside the side door and the falling petals of red leaves and plums, or the teacher Chen recited, or the teacher's poem, or my state and thoughts when everyone recited together. I like that nature and beauty. The first time I came into contact with such poetry, I felt the poetic morning for the first time. Teacher Chen also explained a set of theoretical and practical knowledge about "morning reading", "Interpreting meaning with sound and understanding poetry with life", and perfecting the concept, practice and supporting teaching materials of "morning reading class" in more than ten minutes is the ultimate respect and love for education, and also the beginning of leading children to understand poetry with life, nourish themselves with poetry and care for themselves with Chinese. In my opinion, these are the fun of learning that students need and the essential self-nourishment of teachers.
? Teacher Chen Dawei gave two lectures: "Teachers' Professional Happiness and Professional Growth" and "Strategies of Listening and Discussing and Realization of Effective Teaching". There are two key words for teachers' professional happiness and teachers' professional growth-"happiness" and "thinking". As teacher Chen said, "Happiness is an ability". There are many external factors that affect happiness, and the decisive factor is the previous efforts and efforts. For teachers, the particularity of professional nature and too many delays and extensions hinder teachers' perception of happiness, so there is no need to pay too much attention to the pursuit of externalization. "There is expectation before class, creativity after class, and aesthetics after class", and happiness comes. Every word of Mr. Chen gives people a bright feeling, and every word is full of meaning, especially the concept of "value clarification" This is the first time I have understood the term "guiding students to educate themselves, and teachers exist as helpers", not in the teaching field but in the whole education field. When I understand this, it seems that many teachers' general anxiety can be solved. Regarding "thinking", Mr. Chen suggested that teachers should "think" and "reflect", actively think for change and reflect for improvement. Thinking about "personal teaching video" repeatedly by myself, colleagues using experience to help reflection, and students using practice to help reflection are all laborious ways on the surface. I haven't had a chance to apply these "thinking" and "reflection" methods to teaching, but they are naturally applied to life. During this time, I found that these are more like a habit, a way to integrate into daily life. Whether communicating with people, dealing with problems or interpreting texts, this method of maintaining a critical view of original ideas is practical and beneficial.
? In addition, Mr. Chen told us a series of complete and feasible strategies and methods of attending classes in "Strategies and Methods of Attending Classes". The concept of "attending lectures and discussing classes" put forward by Mr. Chen Dawei is itself from the perspective of students, teachers and administrators to the greatest extent. In the whole set of methods and strategies, Mr. Chen mentioned many principled issues, as well as specific issues such as teachers' orientation, space management, classroom language and so on. These seem insignificant, but in fact they have a great influence on the teaching effect. Teacher Chen's lecture is "full of dry goods", even meticulous enough to provide you with the correct ideas of knowledge summary and reflection, so there are still many notes that need to be carefully understood and slowly infiltrated: "ideal classroom vision", the happiness and significance of education, the premise of a good education need to be realized through experience, and the methods and strategies of teaching material analysis's lectures and discussion classes also need to be improved through continuous study and practice. Finally, Mr. Chen is the best teacher I have personally met in the past 20 years. He combines an active classroom atmosphere with a large amount of classroom knowledge. The "Chinese Characters" of "Comprehensive Practical Learning" taught by Tian Hua is the only class that students can participate in and watch. Like many teachers who watch classes, I also sigh after class that "comprehensive activities can still be called teaching". Teacher Tian Hua's class begins with News Network, and the broadcast time is very short. However, long-term persistence, mastery of news writing and attention to social current affairs can be qualitatively improved. The theme teaching of the course is from Chinese characters to idioms to poems and then to the characteristics of Chinese characters, from knowledge to spiritual feelings, and it is a natural transition in one go; From classroom atmosphere to teaching language, reading skills, teaching logic, teaching attitude and teaching distance, tian teacher's mature teacher's temperament is displayed bit by bit. The students spoke enthusiastically, showing their confident, positive and enthusiastic thoughts. I would like to call this lecture by Mr. Ali a "nanny-level" basic course for teachers' professional development, which is nuanced and hits the nail on the head. Teacher Li told everyone that it takes a semester to build a representative class, and teachers need to prepare lessons together, attend more lectures, discuss many times and write in time. The method of "reviewing one's own classroom records and summing up reflections" is also the second time I heard it recently. Even after listening to this lesson, I realized more clearly that I should have my own teaching achievements after a lesson-a lesson learning summary, a detailed and complete textbook interpretation, an ideal lesson plan design, a finishing result of classroom records, teaching reflection of each teaching, case stories of teaching process and experience summary of representative lessons. ? Teacher Zhang Lijin's "Psychological Development Characteristics and Education of Junior Middle School Students" mentioned too many psychological problems of contemporary middle school students. I am very interested in the content of psychology. Although I haven't had a chance to really get in touch with the classes of primary and secondary school students, I have children at home and need constant companionship and attention. In the process of their growth, there are always some problems, even bad habits, which always make people at a loss. It is necessary for every teacher and parent to analyze the phenomena, causes and solutions of common psychological problems of primary and secondary school students. Understanding the mechanism and root causes of problems is not only conducive to the remedy of children's psychological problems, but also to plan ahead and learn to lead potential problems to good places in the right way and words. Teacher Zhang stressed that students' lack of learning ability and other problems in the learning process need teachers' patient guidance and correction, so mental health education is a compulsory course for teachers.

Teacher Zhu Yiheng deeply touched me in two aspects, on the one hand, the inner enrichment brought by the lecture knowledge, on the other hand, the sharing of teacher Zhu's personal experience and life sentiment. Teacher Zhu also gave everyone a psychology lesson in "Mental Health Problems and Correction in Primary and Secondary Schools". In the lecture, Mr. Zhu took some heartbreaking real events as cases to analyze the causes of the tragedy and arouse teachers' thinking. ? The present situation and survival of small-scale schools in rural areas by Sun Dongmei is a brand-new knowledge. The central word of the lecture is "compound teaching". Many people are not familiar with this concept, but because of my short-term volunteer work during my undergraduate period, I know something about this teaching mode, but it is only superficial. This time, I had the opportunity to systematically understand the concept, form and characteristics of this model and the innovation under the "Landa Model" in Mr. Sun's lecture. Teacher Guo always mentioned the grim situation of rural education, but I didn't understand it deeply. In this lecture, Mr. Sun resonated with the teachers present, and everyone frequently asked him to analyze the problems he encountered in actual teaching or "double teaching". I heard one teacher say that there are five teachers and four students in their school, and another teacher said that there are only two teachers in their school, so there are many operational problems in implementing "double teaching". I have never personally practiced "double teaching", but from the cases and achievements shown by Teacher Sun, we can see the operability and practical application of this teaching mode. Teacher Sun's team has been perfecting this model for many years. The reason why "difficult and meaningful things" persist is because the vast rural education needs progress. ?

In the book "The Road to Teacher's Growth: My Professional Development", Mr. Tuo first described the educational concept, teachers' articles, teaching articles and students' articles based on the teacher's educational concept, and expressed his own understanding and views while talking. When sharing the teacher's quotations, Mr. Tuo's expression and voice showed his admiration for the teacher, and his integration with his own educational thoughts also showed his practice. Later, Mr. Tuo talked about his career. The pursuit of career development in the past 30 years is every step for Mr. Tuo to become a senior teacher, and it is also his enthusiasm for education. I learned how teachers cultivate themselves and see the sincerity of "respecting students and entering their hearts". At the same time, I really know what it means to be a lifelong teacher. Learning to be a teacher requires "learning to be a teacher and be a model". Before becoming a teacher, I will make a good career plan and leave footprints on my own growth path.
