On February 20 10, I entered XXX co., ltd with great enthusiasm. I found my own position in the company and worked as a small electrician in the electrical group.
Unconsciously, three months passed, and when I received the notice from the school, the internship ended in a flash.
Looking back on three months' work, I felt bitter and tired, and of course I smiled, but I learned a lot of practical knowledge more. As a graduating college student, I know it is important to sum up myself for a period of time. Every week's work will have its own feelings, and everything you do will have its meaning. So I decided to make a detailed summary of my work in the past three months.
First, this week is the first week of internship. I entered the factory as an apprentice and worked with my master. I think I have nothing to do this week. I followed the master around. Although I can do some things, such as the distribution box of the kneader is broken, I can only look around and ask the master to fix it. I want to go up and help, but I can't start. Because the master is so powerful, I can know at a glance and solve the problem at once. I can only wait for the master to fix it before I look at it myself, and then I will remember how the master did it. A thorough understanding of experience is gained through practice, and we must never be careless.
There are many motors, distribution boxes, relays and so on in the factory. I spent two days in the warehouse reading the instructions and reading the function and purpose of each component. Although some parts have the same name, they have different appearances and use occasions. For example, the KA of the common intermediate relay in school is relatively large, while the KA of the distribution box in the factory is very small, as small as a button. Easy to install and replace. If its transparent clinker shell is damaged, it will turn black (damage caused by combustion). It's easy to find the fault. It brings great convenience to the maintenance of electricians.
Third, in a busy week, the lathe needs engine oil, and the engine oil is pumped to the machine tool through the oil pump, and the machine works normally. My main task this week is to install the fuel tank, and then debug the fuel tank to see if there is any oil leakage.
Due to the need of the order and the fact that the tapped circuit board was still in stock last year, I connected the distribution cabinet with other members of the electrical group. We took out a set of PLC host, installed PLC on the circuit board, and then looked at the PLC peripheral wiring diagram for wiring. This is an old line, which is often connected at school. So I did it more cleanly. After completing the whole circuit board, we took the panel and the circuit board and installed them on the power distribution cabinet of the lathe. Because the machine tool is fully automatic, there are sensors. There are magnetic switches, proximity switches, copper contacts and travel switches. They respectively sense the position of a certain part of the machine.
We put these sensors, spindle motor wire and oil pump motor wire into the distribution cabinet and connect them one by one according to the drawings. Some of these sensors are grounded, some are connected to 0V, and some are connected to 24V, which is complicated. At first, I couldn't read the drawings. Later, I asked the team leader and finally got the lines clear one by one. It is not enough for a machine tool to have lines and oil circuits, but also an air pipe, because some functions have to be completed by cylinders, such as the feeding mechanism. We also punctured the trachea and connected the cylinder electromagnetic.
After the connection, we input the program through the team leader, and then we debug the functions of each part to see whether the motor rotates reversely, whether the accessories advance and retreat in place, whether the small cylinder has too long delay and so on. It took us more than a day to finish the electrical debugging of a machine.
I have been working for several weeks, and I repeat the same thing every day. In short, ionization is indispensable. Thanks to our efforts and high work efficiency, a number of orders have been settled. This week, I am more free, and I have exceeded my work every day.
Look at such a small lathe. In fact, there are many mysteries in it, and there is nothing missing. Even if the lathe made in this way can be used, it will be a failure. A series of precise processes cast a perfect lathe.
6. I have been idle for a week. To tell you the truth, nothing important happened this week. I just feel busy every day, and the warehouse and workshop keep running back and forth.
Think back to Qian Zhou's work: installing working lights on all lathes that leave the factory, sorting out power distribution cabinets, cleaning lathes with detergent, labeling, nailing nameplates and so on. These are chores, seemingly trivial and insignificant, but I have learned a lot by sorting out so many lathes.
We can easily tighten a screw, tidy up the messy wires and clean the lathe shell. If we didn't do well, the lathe could work at that time, but it might not work when it arrived at the buyer's hand, and the after-sales staff had to make a trip, which wasted a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources for the company. As long as we spend a few more seconds tightening the screws and a few more minutes tidying up the circuit board, we can save resources for the company. The lathe quality of our company will also be improved to a higher level. Customers buy our lathes because they trust us. Beautiful appearance and practical performance are the requirements of customers, and also the goal we have been working hard for. Every working procedure requires us to finish it carefully, so as to win the trust of customers with good quality and quantity.
In fact, we do. Take everything seriously, as long as we do it with our heart, even if things fail, we can find success from failure.
Seven, our own design of the circuit diagram, that is, the motor start-stop with self-locking and double motor start-stop at the same time. The wiring is very simple. For the safety of the buyer's operation, we added a transformer to run with a 36V control circuit.
Make the circuit board yourself. We collect materials from the warehouse, drill holes, and tap the insulation board fixing assembly. For the first time, we designed the circuit diagram and installed components. It feels a little small. Nice. The overall effect of the circuit board is ok, very beautiful.
Because of our wiring mistakes, we didn't notice some main wiring mistakes, such as all of them are connected in the same phase and there is no commutation, which leads to the motor can't reverse.
I know this job, the wiring must be carefully connected, otherwise it will be more troublesome and difficult to change the wiring after you install it.
Wenzhou Ruian Machinery Expo. The times are developing, products are developing, and the machines that make products are also improving. I saw machine tools and mechanical parts at the fair and benefited a lot.
Looking at the combination of various mechanical and electrical appliances, I feel that the current industry tends to be automated and has the characteristics of the times.
Nine, the appearance is not amazing, and the work is as usual. This is work. Week after week, there is no rest day, and the body is like a machine that runs accurately for 8 hours during the day. It's still the same thing this week, so many people and so many lathes.
After working for so long, my level is constantly improving, and the connection line looks better and faster every time.
Ten, I have a chance to practice alone this week. The kneading machine at home is broken, and the AC contactor keeps attracting. So I began to look for this problem alone. Through multimeter measurement, I found that everything was fine. So I boldly conducted a power-on test, and finally found that the small AC contactor controlling the large AC contactor had poor contact in the spark, which led to the large AC contactor jumping all the time. The machine is controlled by PLC, and high voltage electricity is controlled by low voltage electricity to protect the safety of operators. I found the crux of the problem, so I replaced the broken contactor, and finally the machine worked normally.
Through this operation, it is a summary of my recent work and knowledge. I feel good. I can apply my knowledge to practice and find problems skillfully.
Work continuously for more than two months, with only one day off during Qingming. I feel tired and my work is boring. I'm a little behind. My whole head just wants to rest, which is probably about 5. 1.
However, although I don't want to work, my firm belief in learning keeps me going. In order to learn more practical experience, I told myself not to be lazy. Step by step, practice makes perfect.
In fact, the internship has also entered the final stage. Although there are many things to learn, the general system is almost clear and has been learned. If you work too hard, your hands and head will become agile, and you won't fall off the chain at critical times.
I feel that studying in a factory is not as comfortable and comprehensive as studying in a school, but it can greatly improve my ability in one aspect and better combine theory with practice.

Watching those colleagues busy, a firm attitude is being formed bit by bit. A recognized person must first be a serious and responsible person.
