What does wet homework mean?

Wet operation is the construction of cement in liquid state. For wet operation, first of all, spray facilities should be set up according to regulations, and the horizontal spacing of nozzles should not exceed five meters, and they should be kept open during construction. In areas that cannot be covered by spraying devices, fog guns should be added to ensure full coverage of wet operations.

Construction wet operation shall comply with the following provisions:

1. Before construction, the construction parameters such as the slurry delivery amount of the slurry pump, the time for the slurry to reach the mixing nozzle through the slurry delivery pipe, and the lifting speed of the lifting equipment shall be determined;

2. The speed and frequency of shotcrete lifting of mixer must meet the requirements of construction technology, and should be recorded by special personnel;

3. When the cement slurry reaches the slurry outlet, it should be sprayed and stirred for 30s. After the cement slurry and the pile tip soil are fully mixed, the mixing head can be lifted.
