Forehand training day 1- swing

1, swinging in the open position

The first thing to practice is the empty swing.

When practicing, you should pay attention to the full rotation, keep your arms relaxed, and shift your center of gravity from your right foot to your left foot. At the end of the swing, your hands and shoulders are higher than each other, and the handle points to the opposite court.

When you simply do the swing, you must enlarge the range of the action, fully feel the correct swing and form muscle memory.

2, semi-open stance swing

Practice the open stance swing, and then practice the semi-open stance swing.

The main points are basically the same, and at the same time, semi-open stations should pay more attention to the shift of center of gravity.

Step 3 pitch in the frontcourt

After completely fixing the action, start training with the ball.

The first is to pitch the ball in the frontcourt and then hit the ball. Keep your swing slow and don't push too hard.

In this process, it is more important to find the feeling of hitting the ball under the right swing.

4. Throw the ball into the midfield

At this time, you should increase the attack slightly, but not more than 50% of your total strength.

5. Baseline pitching

Baseline feeding is closer to the actual hitting experience. At this time, you should work harder, but it can't exceed 75% of your total strength.

6, small field pull

After entering actual combat training, start practicing from a small field.

Under the condition of ensuring the integrity of movement and swing, control the strength and landing point of the ball.

Many people are not used to playing small games, because they can't slow down the swing speed under the condition of large swing.

7, the bottom line should be pulled

This is the last training to practice swing, and it is also the same training as routine hitting.

While ensuring the correctness of the action, increase the strength appropriately, but still control it.

If you feel stiff or irregular, you can do several groups of slow swings first to find out the feeling.
