1, production arrangement:
General construction sequence: bottom plate → shear wall and floor.
1) Construction sequence of flue bottom plate: earthwork excavation, setting-out positioning → earthwork excavation → pouring C 10 concrete cushion → acceptance of foundation pit → brick tire mold, laying steel wire mesh around foundation pit, plastering cement mortar → bullet distribution line → binding bottom plate reinforcement → binding wall reinforcement → installing steel plate waterstop → hanging formwork support → inspection and acceptance of hidden records → pouring compacted bottom plate concrete.
2) Construction sequence of flue wall and roof: dividing the elastic line → binding the wall reinforcement → handling the concealed acceptance of reinforcement → supporting the -7.300m roof wall formwork and bottom formwork → binding the roof reinforcement → handling the concealed acceptance of reinforcement → checking that it is correct → pouring concrete in layers → removing the formwork for maintenance.
3) The drainage of the working face is organized drainage. Dig 500×500 sump in the northeast corner of flue foundation pit to pump water, so as to ensure that the working face does not accumulate water.
2, concrete cushion construction
The cushion design of this project is 100 thick C 10 concrete. Due to the small amount of pouring, tower crane is used for concrete pouring. The basic requirements of JS waterproof coating can be achieved by vibrating with a flat vibrator, leveling with virgin pulp and calendering. Concrete curing adopts water curing.
3. Steel structure
The following principles must be followed for steel bar blanking: construction design drawings, construction specifications, atlas, technical disclosure, convenient construction and material saving.
1) bottom plate steel binding
(1) flow chart
Clean the cushion → draw lines or play lines → bind the lower reinforcement of the plate → set the pedestal stool of the plate @2000→ reinforce the upper reinforcement of the plate → enter the next working procedure.
(2) Operation process
(1) The intersection of reinforcement shall be firmly bound at each point to ensure that the stressed reinforcement does not shift. When binding, attention should be paid to fastening the iron wires at the adjacent binding points into a figure of eight to avoid skew and deformation of the mesh.
(2) The overlapping position of the bottom reinforcement, the bottom reinforcement should be arranged within the span of13, the gluten within the span of13 of the bearing, and the joint position should be staggered according to the design requirements.
2) Binding of wall steel dowel
(1) flow chart
Release the control line → set the column and wall locating cards → insert the first row of vertical steel bars according to the thickness of the protective layer → bind the horizontal steel bars.
(3) Operation process
(1) wall steel dowel should be inserted into the bottom of the floor.
(2) The wall reinforcement shall be bound and overlapped, and the joint position shall be arranged according to the design drawings and 03G 10 1.
(3) Shear walls shall be provided with steel plate waterstops at the joints of horizontal construction joints according to the design requirements, and the steel plate waterstops shall be welded with the steel plate waterstops when passing through the wall hooks to ensure the structural integrity.
4, template construction
Due to the limitation of site conditions, the excavation size of flue foundation pit is only 200mm larger than the actual outsourcing size of flue, and there is no formwork support surface on the south, west and north sides, so steel wire mesh and cement mortar are laid on the original soil on the foundation pit side as the external formwork of flue. The flue internal model and -7.300 m slab bottom model are supported by wooden formwork and steel pipe frame. See the figure below for specific formwork support methods:
5, concrete construction
Concrete is commercial concrete provided by Ruifeng Company. After the variety and permeability of concrete admixture are tested by the laboratory of concrete company, the mixing station adjusts the construction mixture ratio according to the actual situation, and it is transported to the site by tanker and transported by tower crane on site.
During concrete construction, the steel plate water stop shall be laid symmetrically and vibrated evenly, and the water stop shall not be touched. After the concrete of the bottom slab is poured to the design elevation, the surface cement slurry shall be leveled with a scraper bar, and then vibrated for the second time, and then pressed for 2-3 times with a road roller and leveled with an iron trowel. If you press the board several times repeatedly, the surface will be dense. Concrete curing begins about 12 hours after concrete pouring.
Before pouring, water and sundries in walls, beams and platforms should be removed. If the surface is dry, the surface should be wetted with water.
