How to evaluate Liang's analysis of China's social stratum?

I've always wanted to read a decent book. The so-called "decent" books are just non-fast food books, and things with less money are better. I am a self-taught economics student, and the content I contact every day is tied to Dachuan's money, so it is difficult to get rid of it, so I feel that my vision is getting narrower and narrower, like a frog in a well, and I am exhausted. When I was wandering around the airport on business, I came across Liang's Analysis of Social Strata in China, and found that it was very simple. Through the author's eyes, I saw the whole picture of China society very vividly, and wrote the psychology, values and internal logic of several social strata in China.

I. Introduction

The core point in the introduction:

Class is the glue phenomenon of human groups. Sticky is a common "class consciousness". Existence determines consciousness. In the final analysis, it is a common economic situation and a common economic demand. Class contradictions force the class squeezed in economic interests to be more glued together. History tells us that class antagonism has always been a great danger to mankind. When human society changes from one class to another, it is difficult to stick together. If you divide a hundred people into 30 groups, each group is no longer strong.

The author will show us China people in several parts: the bourgeoisie, comprador class, middle class, China intellectuals, urban civilians and the poor, farmers and migrant workers, and also mention two classes with China characteristics-the contemporary "underworld" and "gray society" in China.

Second, the bourgeoisie in contemporary China.

In the bourgeoisie, some vivid cases describe how these people started their businesses 13 years ago. The boss's way of doing things and the accumulation of initial wealth are really terrible-many of them are a combination of intelligence and cruelty, but they also see the limitations of their horizons; Although some friends have mentioned the living conditions of the workers inside, it didn't shock me so much. It's really pitiful and deeply sad. What I wrote during this period is of great benefit to me, a student who has never experienced suffering and walked out of the ivory tower. People who have seen different voices and feelings are not noble, but they used to think that every entrepreneur is as smart and diligent as a book to build his own career, which is ridiculous. However, it takes time to accept this fact, and the convenience of work makes it easy for me to meet these entrepreneurs. We'll see later. Presumably, as long as I am the chairman of the board, it will be difficult to worship. This is my naivety, which makes worship cheap. It is also mentioned in the book that Dewey reminded the world in his book Democracy and Education: "This idea is extremely absurd, that is, business can become an ideal culture within its own scope."

Liang simply divided the mentality of the rich in China into "showing off wealth" and "hiding wealth", and put his mentality in a correct position. The hidden wealth type is mainly to guard against the consciousness of one's compatriots. Based on distrust of the times and cautious view of China's unpredictable future, it is enough for them to trust a woman who is not a wife, daughter or mother in this world. At first, I thought it should be just one person's idea, which is not universal. Reading is to see the diversity of the world. But after reading the analysis of graduates from China, I was suddenly surprised to find that social mentality is universal, so I paid attention to it.

The second generation of senior officials-male version

The men in They are all men who lack friendship. Because nine times out of ten, the people gathered around them were men and women who used or attached to them. Almost all of them are smart, narcissistic, shameless, self-respecting, status but no status, vulgar and gentle, excellent and mediocre men, and young and beautiful women between simplicity and shame, romance and indulgence, passion and wisdom, modernity and reality, angel and enchantress.

They used to be the protagonists of a play on the China stage, and they were also spectators who looked on coldly afterwards. They experienced things that ordinary people can't see, saw the truth that ordinary people can't see, and meditated on "the silk river with beautiful spring scenery floats between heaven and earth, like a cloud of jade peaks, between ancient and modern times."

The female version is not much to say, only remember that most marriages are unfortunate, relying on family ties and longing for love.

Second, the "comprador" class in contemporary China

Liang's description of this "comprador" class has a long history. I saw the fog around Yunshan, and it turned out that it was actually the general agent of foreign businessmen in China and so on. I think CEOs like LG\GOOGLE should count. . . Of course, people didn't say that. After all, comprador still doesn't sound good to me. The people inside try their best to surpass it.
