Article 3 The prevention and control of occupational diseases shall adhere to the principle of giving priority to prevention and combining prevention and control, and establish a mechanism in which employers are responsible, administrative organs supervise, industry self-discipline, employees participate and social supervision, and implement classified management and comprehensive management.
Article 15 The establishment of an employing unit that causes occupational hazards shall meet the following occupational health requirements in addition to the conditions prescribed by laws and administrative regulations:
(three) the production layout is reasonable, in line with the principle of separation of harmful and harmless operations;
Comprehensive measures are needed to prevent occupational diseases.
1. First of all, enterprises need to do pre-job training, inform workers of the hazards of working environment and occupational diseases, enhance their awareness of prevention, and take protective measures from the source, such as installing sound insulation and shock absorption equipment, and provide qualified personal protective equipment for workers.
2. Secondly, because the early symptoms of each occupational disease are different, workers should be familiar with relevant occupational disease knowledge, such as whether there is lead in the working environment, and need to know the early symptoms of lead poisoning.
3. Finally, enterprises need to provide employees with regular occupational health examination, find occupational diseases as soon as possible and take treatment measures to reduce the impact of occupational diseases.
