Cao Hubei North Original:

The filial daughter Cao E is also the daughter of Cao Xu in Shangyu. Its ancestor was Zhou Tongzu, but in the end it was barren and suitable for living. What can caress An Ge, dancing with joy. In May of the second year of Han 'an, Wu Jun was greeted at that time. Against the tide, will be drowned, the body is not allowed.

When I was fourteen years old, I was named Mussie Xu Xu, and I mourned for seven days by the Ze River. So I threw myself into the river. Five days later, I carried my father's body out. From Han 'an to the first year of Yuanjia, Qinglong was nothing more than a watch in Xinmao. Sacrifice degree still buy it, saying:

I am only filial to my daughter, and my posture is very good. But to make a color hole meter. My fair lady, clever smile. Appropriate contact with his family, in the sun. If you don't give gifts, you will hurt your father. Where is Peter Cang? No father! It's like death to tell God's sorrow and go to Jiangyong.

It's a pity to ignore it and throw it into the sand and mud pit. Filial piety is the beginning of ups and downs. Or stop on the island, or in the middle stream. Or running water, or waves. Thousands of people lost their voices and mourned for more than ten thousand yuan. The viewer fills in the Tao and gathers the Tao. Tears covered up the tears and shocked the whole country. Is to shout for the city with mourning ginger and collapse a corner of the city. Or a mirror and a knife. Sitting on the platform waiting for water, holding the tree to burn.

Filial piety in the play, De Mao is here (chóu, peer, partner). What is a big country, cultivate one's morality. What happened? Bare. Never help yourself, carve without carving. It is different to cross the beam and the song dynasty. I feel sorry for this chastity, and it will remain unchanged for thousands of years. Alas! Chaos yue:

Mingle Jinshi, the quality of Gankun. At the age of four, the tomb was built. The light shines on the earth, showing heaven and man. Life is cheap, death is expensive, and righteousness is beneficial. How disappointed China is, how early. Beautiful and elegant, with God. If Yao's two daughters are both Mrs. Xiang.

This prescription seems to recruit (Zhao).

Cai Yong, a negotiator in the Han Dynasty, heard this and read in the dark at night: Yellow silk young woman, grandson mortar. There is another cloud: 300 years later, the monument fell into the river and did not fall. Pingping two years on August 15th, Wang Kuang's diary recorded it.

The historical inscriptions on Cao E tablet are as follows:

Author Wang Xizhi (303-36 1), a calligrapher of the Eastern Jin Dynasty in China, was born in Linyi (now Shandong) of the Han nationality, and later moved to Huiji (now Shaoxing, Zhejiang). In his later years, he lived in seclusion in Jinting County and was famous for his scholars. Successive secretaries, General Ning Yuan, Jiangzhou secretariat. Later, he was the secretariat of Huiji, who led the right general and was called "Wang Youjun" and "Wang Huiji".

His son, Wang Xianzhi, is also good at calligraphy, and the world is collectively known as the "two kings". Since then, the Wangs' calligraphy talents have come forth in large numbers. He died five years later in the Eastern Jin Dynasty and was buried in Jinting Waterfall Mountain (also called Ziteng Mountain by the king). The fifth house in Sun Heng is Jintingguan, and the site still exists. Wang Xizhi's Preface to Lanting is called "the best running script in the world" by later generations. Now the address is in lanshan district, Linyi, Shandong, the old revolutionary base area. Influenced by it, it was named Xiyanhu Street, and Wang Xizhi's former residence was on Xiyanhu Street.

Translation:

The dutiful daughter Cao E is the daughter of Shangyu Cao Yu. His ancestors were closely related to the surname Ji of the Zhou Dynasty, but they were forgotten after they moved to Shangyu. Cao Xu not only has the artistic talent of singing in percussion music, but also can dance to the tune in sacrificial ceremonies to please God. In the second year of Han 'an (A.D. 143), the Dragon Boat Festival was a day for folk custom to commemorate the tide god. The fleet that greeted God was commanded by Cao Xu and sailed against the current.

On this day, there was a lot of wind and waves. The main sacrificial boat was overturned by the waves, and Cao Xu fell into the water and died. People haven't preserved his body for a long time. Cao E was fourteen at that time. She called her father by the river. On the seventeenth day, she couldn't see her father's body, so she threw herself into the river. Five days later, Cao E appeared with her father's body in her arms.

The inscription on Cao E's stone tablet was written eight years after Cao E's death. In the first year of Yuanjia (A.D. 15 1), Shangyu county magistrate still "pitied and reburied, and ordered his son Handan (Han Danchun) as its monument". Du Shangyin Lang Wei is already a famous scholar and constantly asks him to write. It is famous for its loose academic pursuit.

Lang Wei wrote an inscription for Cao E at that time. However, Lang Wei was worried that poor writing would make future generations laugh, so he pretended not to succeed and asked others for help. He read Handan Chun's manuscript, full of praise, and burned it. So the words on the tablet were written by Handan Renchun.

When the monument is erected, the words on the monument are beautiful, and the people who rely on it are like clouds and waves. Cai Yong, a famous scholar at that time, was one of them. After he was pardoned in the past, he was afraid to go home for fear of being attacked. During his escape career of 10 years, he "traveled to Wu and Hui". Cai Yongjie visited Ebei, saying, "It's worth dusk. Read it when you touch it. The inscription is in the shadow of the monument."

Tracing back to history:

When Cao Cao and Yang Xiu rode past the Cao E tablet, they saw the words "The yellow silk bride's grandson mortar" engraved on it. Cao Cao asked Yang Xiu if he understood the meaning of these eight words.

Yang Xiu was about to answer when Cao Cao said, "Don't tell me yet, let me think." It was not until he had walked thirty miles that Cao Cao said, "I have understood the meaning of those eight words." Please tell me your understanding and see if our ideas are consistent. " Yang Xiu said: "Yellow silk, colorful silk, and it is absolutely unique; Young women and girls are also better; Grandson is better for his daughter's son; It means to accept and resign.

These eight words are "wonderful words", praising the inscription on Cao E's tablet. "Cao Cao exclaimed," your talent and wisdom make me three miles away. "

According to "Biography of Du Shangchuan, the continuation of Shangyu County Records School", Cao E was unjustly built in Yuanjiayuan. Feudal emperors of past dynasties have publicized Cao E's great events and given him a plaque. In the fourth year of Daguan in the Song Dynasty (1 1 10), she was appointed as a wife; In the fifth year of Zheng He (1 1 15), Zhao Shun was sealed; Chun You six years (1246), plus Chun Yi; In the fifth year of Yuan Dynasty (1339), she was named Mrs. Gan Hui. In the eighth year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1375), officials worshipped Liu Ji and sincerely wrote an obituary.

In the 13th year of Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty (1808), Mrs. Fu Ying was appointed; Tongzhi for four years (1865), Mrs. Inspiration was sealed and given a plaque "Blessed by Cao Jiang". During the Republic of China, Chiang Kai-shek, Lin Sen, Xiong Xiling, Yu Youren and other military and political dignitaries all had plaques and couplets, and Chiang Kai-shek wrote the inscription "Light of Human Feelings". At the peak, there were 170 plaques and 57 couplets.

Cao E Yuan was founded in the Eastern Han Dynasty, and has been destroyed and rebuilt several times. Rebuilt and opened to the public in 1985, it is known as "the first temple in the south of the Yangtze River". The famous stele in the Eastern Han Dynasty has been lost, but the stele in the Song Dynasty has survived to this day, and it was copied and reprinted by the calligrapher Cai Bian for eight years (1093).

The tomb of the filial daughter is in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province today, and there is a monument made by Jin. Later, in order to commemorate Cao E's filial piety, Cao E Temple was built where Cao E threw himself into the river. The village where she lived was renamed Cao E Town, and the place where Cao E died was named Cao E River.
