What is a car lens?

In fact, it is a way to concentrate headlights. Traditional headlights are all a light bulb with a shiny lampshade. This lampshade is called a condenser shell, and there is such a cover on the flashlight. The principle is the same.

This lampshade will form a fan-shaped light beam from the bulb, thus illuminating the road ahead.

The lens headlight adopts a small condenser cup with smaller volume and more compact structure, which condenses the light into a beam of parallel light and then disperses it into fan-shaped light through the convex lens.

The main components of lens headlight are: bulb mounting frame, condenser cup, convex lens, near and far optical electromagnetic coil and baffle.
