The hexagram division method of the eight hundred Buddha statues in the temple:
The divine whip, the convex surface is yang and the flat surface is yin. Before asking for lots, you should silently ask the gods and Buddhas whether they allow asking for lots, and then throw up two divine whips at the same time. If it is a "lucky whip" with one yin and one yang, you can draw lots; if it is a "laughing whip" with double yang or "angry whip" with double yin, you have to throw it again. After drawing the lot, you need to pray again and throw it again until the "lucky whip" is thrown, proving that the lot drawn is the correct lot, and then it can be used to interpret the hexagram.
This custom should have originated from the eastern Fujian region. When I traveled to Taiwan, there were also such things in temples.
