? The deeper and longer a person breathes, the more he can calm his mind and relax. On the contrary, the more relaxed the mind, the longer the breath.
? Pranayama means always paying attention to breathing, gradually reducing the frequency of breathing, adjusting the original heavy breathing to be steady and deep, and gradually adjusting chest breathing to abdominal breathing.
(Indian yoga philosophy divides the existing state of consciousness into four categories: sleep, dreaming, waking and awakening. The dawn of enlightenment appears when breathing (has reached deep and smooth or turtle breath and fetal breath) is surpassed.
There are thousands of ways to trigger enlightenment, and there is no definite law.
"The dawn of enlightenment appears beyond breathing", which is just one of several ways to trigger enlightenment. Remember, this route is not the only way.
The heavy body and shallow breathing of ordinary people are the two main obstacles to the final awakening of life. After the above-mentioned exercises of body adjustment and pranayama, they will no longer be obstacles. At this time, the veil covering the inner light of the mind will be lifted)
The inner light of the mind is an innate nature.
? The scripture "Beyond Breathing" needs to be explained. It means more than life and death, because breathing is related to life and death. This means breathing itself, and it also means life and death. When we truly transcend breathing and life and death (that is, really let go of life and death), that is, when we truly present ourselves, "the veil covering the inner light will be removed."
? At the same time, the potential abilities of the mind (that is, meditation, understanding and perception) will also be revealed.
? Meditation, understanding, awareness, etc. All come from the power contained in nature. This kind of power created everything in the universe and also created the power of the mind.
? When we get out of the interference and entanglement of the outside world and the senses, we enter the depths of consciousness (life) (and know the truth of existence or nature).
Everything about us is because of our nature. Because the "self" has occupied the nest, taking the body and mind as its own, and mistakenly thinking that the body and mind can become the body and mind because of the self, the body and mind have become tools for self-service. The practice of yoga is to break and surpass the self, restore the body and mind, and become the "last or highest (that is, natural)" tool to serve it.
? Everyone's body is the best temple of God, that is to say, everyone is the best embodiment of divinity, which is expressed through our body, mind and senses.
