Processing and production of steel bars
1. Stirrups: stirrups are generally made of thin steel bars, and mechanical bending is used during processing. When cutting these steel bars, you can use a cutting machine, steel bar shears or a grinding wheel saw. After cutting, different styles, models, and specifications should be placed separately. During molding, a prototype of each style of stirrups is first made, and then the dimensions and angles of each part are checked and processed in batches if correct.
2. Main reinforcement: The processing and production of the main reinforcement should be in accordance with the dimensions and specifications shown in the diagram, and the anchorage at the end should meet the requirements.
The construction sequence of raft steel bar tying:
Binding of steel bars on the bottom layer of the floor → erection of steel pipe shelves → binding of upper floor bars → horse stool bar binding → insertion of columns and wall bars 1. Binding of the lower floor of the floor Steel bars
1) Arrangement order of raft steel bars
The east-west row of steel bars is at the bottom, and the upper row of steel bars is on top; the north-south row of steel bars is at the top, and the upper row of steel bars is at the bottom, all steel bars The intersections should be tied. If one side buckle is used, the direction should be changed in a staggered way, or a figure-eight buckle can be used. It is necessary to ensure that the steel bar does not shift. Note that the overlapping parts of stirrup hooks should be tied in staggered ways. The intersection of the longitudinal load-bearing steel bars and stirrups at the lower level of the through-beam should be firmly tied. 2) At the end of the raft steel bars, the lower row of steel bars is bent upward for 12d, and the upper row of steel bars is bent downward for 12d.
3) Before the raft steel bars start to be tied, the foundation bottom line must be inspected and accepted, especially at the column insertion position, wall edge line and other positions.
Apply paint on the edges of the ink lines and intersection corners. Draw a mark no less than 50mm wide and 150mm long. Since the thickness of the raft in this project is 600mm, after the upper steel bars are tied, the laying-out team should use paint to confirm the reinsertion position lines for a second time.
4) When constructing raft steel bars, lay the bottom bars in the working surface first, and then lay the upper layer bars.
5) In order to ensure the accurate thickness of the protective layer of steel bars on the bottom plate, special concrete pads are used in the bottom plate, walls, columns and other parts. The thickness is 40mm at the bottom of the bottom plate and 30mm at the top. The outer wall of the basement is 40mm on the outside, 20mm on the inside, and the column is 40mm, and must be no less than the diameter of the main reinforcement. The space between pads is 1 block/1m2.
