There are many failures in the punch press, such as high water temperature, cylinder bolt fixing problems, air in the waterway and so on. The common punching machine is high water temperature.
In national production, stamping technology has the advantages of saving materials and energy, high efficiency, low technical requirements for operators, and manufacturing products that cannot be achieved by mechanical processing through various die applications.
Stamping production is mainly aimed at sheet metal. Blanking, punching, forming, stretching, trimming, fine punching, shaping, riveting and extruding parts can be made through the die, which is widely used in various fields. For example, we use switch sockets, cups, cabinets, plates, computer cases, and even missile planes ... there are many accessories that can be produced by punching machines through molds.
The design principle of punching machine is to convert circular motion into linear motion, and the flywheel is driven by the main motor, and the gear, crankshaft (or eccentric gear) and connecting rod are driven by the clutch to realize the linear motion of the slider. The motion from the main motor to the connecting rod is circular.
For circular motion and linear motion, there must be a connection point between the connecting rod and the slider. There are two kinds of mechanisms in its design, one is ball type, and the other is pin type (cylindrical type). Through these two mechanisms, the circular motion is transformed into the linear motion of the slider. The punch presses the material to plastically deform it, thus obtaining the required shape and accuracy. Therefore, it is necessary to cooperate with a set of molds (divided into an upper mold and a lower mold) to put the material between them, and the machine exerts pressure to deform it. The reaction force caused by the force applied to the material during machining is absorbed by the main body of the punching machine.
The die on the punching machine is the upper part of the whole set of dies, that is, the die part installed on the slide block of the press. Upper die holder (see introduction). The lower die is the lower half of the whole set of dies, that is, the die part installed on the workbench of the press. The lower die holder is a plate-shaped part at the bottom of the lower die (see introduction). The side wall is the side wall of the cutting edge of the punching die hole. The inclination of the cutting edge is the inclination of each side of the side wall of the punching die hole. Air cushion is an ejector powered by compressed air. See "Ejector". The reverse side pressing block is a component that supports the one-way punch from the other side of the working face.
The punch guide sleeve is a tubular part that provides accurate guidance for the relative movement of the upper and lower die holders. Most of it is fixed in the upper die holder and used in conjunction with the guide post fixed in the lower die holder. Guide plate (see introduction). Guide post (see introduction). The locating pin is a pin-shaped part that extends into the material hole and is used to adjust its position in the female die. The guide plate die is a die guided by the guide plate, and the punch does not leave the guide plate when using the die. The material guide plate is a plate-shaped guide component that guides the strip (strip, coil) into the female die. Guide post mould base is a mould base in which guide post and guide sleeve slide each other. (See "Mold base").
Stamping die is a process equipment installed on a press to produce stamping parts, which consists of upper and lower parts. The punch is a convex working part (see introduction), which directly affects the forming of stamping parts. The female die is a concave working part, which directly affects the forming of stamping parts (see introduction). The protective plate is a plate-shaped part to prevent fingers or foreign objects from entering the dangerous area of the mold. Press plate (see introduction). Punching rib is a kind of rib-like protrusion, which is used to control the material flow in drawing die or drawing die. The blanking rib can be a local structure of a die or blank holder (see introduction). Ballast beam is a special name for rectangular section ballast rib. See "Blanking bar". The bearing plate is a plate-like component used to extend the upper plane of the die and support the stamping material. Continuous stamping die (see introduction).
