What are the technical requirements for rubber flexible joints?

Marking in the following order: product code, model code, structure code, performance code, working pressure and nominal diameter.

The product and structure codes are as follows: flexible rubber joint RFJ, single ball D, double ball S, elbow W, concentric reducing joint Yt, eccentric reducing joint Yp, and fan disc pipe joint F.

1. Example: RFJD- 1.6× 200 refers to a single spherical flexible rubber joint with a nominal diameter of 200mm and a working pressure of1.6mpa..

2. Working pressure: The test pressure of rubber joint is 5 times of the working pressure, and the bursting pressure is 3 times of the working pressure.

3. Vacuum resistance: the vacuum resistance of rubber joints with nominal inner diameter below 300mm and working pressure above 1.6Mpa is not less than 100Kpa, and the forehead vacuum degree of rubber with other specifications is stipulated by the agreement between the supplier and the buyer.

When the rubber joint is used in drinking water system, the water quality after passing through the product shall meet the relevant provisions and requirements of GB/T5749 Hygienic Standard for Drinking Water and GB/T 172 19 Safety Evaluation Standard for Drinking Water Transmission and Distribution Equipment and Protective Materials. Requirements for metal flanges and flat joints: metal flanges shall meet the requirements of GB/T 9 1 19, and flat joints shall meet the requirements of GB/T 328937.

Requirements for reinforcing the end face of rubber joint with steel wire ring: When reinforcing the end face of rubber joint with steel wire ring, the steel wire ring should be round and in the same plane that year.
