What are the specific steps of Baduanjin?

(1) Hold the Three Burners of Heavenly Power with both hands

Breathe evenly, lick the roof of your mouth with the tip of your tongue, and breathe through your nose. At the same time, the toes grip the ground and the soles of the feet are lifted.

② With the palms of both hands facing upwards, slowly lift the arms from the left and right sides. When they reach the top of the head, cross the fingers of both hands, turn the palms, and perform a lifting motion with the palms facing upwards. Tilt the head back and look at the back of the hands; at the same time, Lift your heels as high as possible, inhale, and stand for a moment.

③ Spread your hands and ten fingers apart, slowly lower your arms from both sides, drop your heels to the ground, exhale, and return to the ready position.

④ Repeat the above several times.

(2) Open the bow from left to right like shooting a vulture

① Preparation: Spread your legs into a horse stance, half-make fists with both hands, place them flat on your chest, fists upward, left hand inside, right hand outside .

② The index finger and thumb of the left hand are spread out in a figure eight shape. Look at the index finger of the left hand, slowly pull the left hand outward and straighten, inhale, and turn the head to the left; at the same time, turn the right hand to the left. Pull the right side flat to the right chest like a bow. Return to the ready position and exhale.

③The action is the same as ②, but in the opposite direction.

(3) To regulate the spleen and stomach, single lift is required

① Preparation: Stand upright naturally, bend your arms flat in front of your chest, and bring your ten fingers together naturally, with the palms facing upward and the fingertips facing each other.

②Bend your head and upper body forward, bend deeply, and then swing to the left in an arc while swinging your hips to the right. Return to ready position.

③Lean your head and upper body forward, bend deeply, and then swing in an arc to the right while swinging your hips to the left. Return to ready position.

④Convert several times as above.

(6) Climb the feet with both hands to strengthen the kidneys and waist

① Preparation: Stand with both feet side by side, bend your arms flat on the upper abdomen, palms upward.

② Slowly bend your body forward, hang your arms down, straighten your knees, touch your toes with both hands, and raise your head slightly. Restore to upright position.

③Put both hands behind your back, place your palms against the lumbosacral area, and slowly lean back. recovery.

④ Repeat the above several times.

(7) Hold fists and glare with angry eyes to increase strength

① Preparation: Horse stance, make fists with both hands and place them on your waist, with the center of your fist upward and your eyes wide open.
