Xu Xun, a native of Yimangpotzmu Village, Changting Township, Nanchang County, Zhang Yu, is honored by his real name. Jing Ming School, a famous Taoist priest in Jin Dynasty, was the founder of Taoism, and he was called the four heavenly teachers of Taoism with Zhang Daoling, Ge Xuan and Handcuffs. He can perform magic tricks to exorcise ghosts and cure diseases for people. People call him "Xu Zhenjun" when they see him as a fairy.
At one time, farmers could not afford to pay taxes because of the bad years. Xu Xun told everyone to pick out the stones, then cast spells and point them with their fingers, so that all the stones turned into gold, which made up the taxes owed by the people.

People in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province and people surnamed Xu often regard it as a patron saint. Renshou Palace in da yuan xiang, Taoyuan County is the oldest temple in Taiwan Province Island, with Xu Xun as the main god. It is said that Xu Liangwen, a native of Zhangpu, Fujian, welcomed the sweet emperor to Taiwan during the Xianfeng period of the Qing Dynasty.
There is a public temple in the township, which is the largest belief center of the public temple in da yuan xiang. Lunar calendar1October 25th is the anniversary of installation. There are many descendants of Xu surname in da yuan xiang, and they are honored as "the bodhi old zu", and many believers in the whole town have corresponding names.
