How to stand the Taiji round pile?

Your body is upright, your feet are shoulder-width apart (this is very important, it is not easy for you to understand, so that others can see if you are standing shoulder-width), your toes are forward, and you are not allowed to have inside and outside characters, your feet are on the ground, and your shoulders are in line with the soles of your feet. If you do this, your feet will feel hot or numb. Hands droop naturally and eyes look forward.

The purpose of the ceremony is: first, concentrate and be mentally prepared for practice; The second is to experience the operation of qi and blood, thus entering the state of standing piles.

Vertical pile

Slowly raise your hands to your chest, pull them out and hold them tightly, and stand with your legs naturally balanced, neither outward nor inward, which is basically close to nature. The key points of posture are as follows:

The spine is upright, which is the key to qi movement and must be done. Head straight, chin slightly adducted. This is the main point of the trunk.

Fingertips of both hands are separated by one punch, fingertips are opposite, palms are inward, fingers are naturally separated, and the distance between palms and chest is about 30 cm. Put your hands above your navel and below your shoulders, depending on your personal situation. The hand is slightly higher than the elbow, and the shoulder should be loose, which is the passage of internal force to the slight joint. Only when you stand to a certain extent can you feel deeply. Keep elbows and wrists straight. This is the essentials of upper limbs.

Stand on the pile and breathe naturally. Pay attention to the relaxation of the whole body muscles and peace of mind when practicing. Only in this way can you stand easily and for a long time.

Note: the position of the middle hand in the Tuxing Sun Pile is relatively high, and it is made after a certain amount of effort, which is more difficult. Beginners can lower their hands and only keep them above the navel.

Receiving type

Put your hands together in the abdomen, under the male left hand and the female right hand, and be silent for two minutes. Meditate on the whole body's air flow into the abdomen, such as a hundred rivers returning to the sea, and the abdomen is like a bottomless abyss, gathering endless qi. Then lift the anus and abdomen, press it down with the second hand, and the qi machine will be retracted into the abdomen, and the work will be completed.

Note: Dantian is located in the abdomen corresponding to navel and life gate.

Practical idea

You don't have to ask for ideas at first, but you will naturally have experience to a certain extent. Gong Zhuang, a beginner, is sore and weak all over, which is easy to cause muscle tension and posture deformation. So he should always pay attention to his posture and relax his muscles. When you start practicing, you can consider listening to music and watching TV to relieve the boredom and irritability caused by practice. In the future, with the deepening of practice, we should gradually give up listening to music and watching TV and concentrate on practice.

Matters needing attention

1, you can't practice under the electric fan or in the air-conditioned room, so you are easy to catch cold.

2. Don't touch water (such as drinking water and taking a bath). ) or urinate for at least half an hour after work. So you'd better drink water and pee before work!

3. Don't stand on the post after drinking, and neither should after making love. Practitioners had better reduce or avoid sexual intercourse. If they want to have sex after work, the longer the interval, the better, preferably after 4 hours, otherwise it will be short.

Beginners should avoid standing piles when it is windy, rainy or thundering.

5. People with heart disease should not practice piling excessively, but try to reduce the time of piling each time and increase the number of piling to make the transition. Every little makes a mickle.

6. When you feel chest tightness, dizziness or physical pain, you should moderately reduce the time of standing piles or stop standing piles, and find out the reasons.

Principle function?

1. Stretch the spine and practice the keel. ?

From the physiological anatomical map, the human spine is bent in an "S" shape, which is the physiological curvature formed by standing upright for a long time. If we want to return to the strength, agility and speed of our ancestors, we should stretch it. When standing on a round pile, the hips are adducted, the hips sit down, the jaw is slightly retracted, and the top of the head is suspended like a line, so that the spine is stretched. At this time, if you touch the lumbar spine, you will find that the physiological curvature is gone. Touch the cervical vertebra again and a big tendon will stir up. At this time, the spine has become a straight line, which we call "keel". ?

Practicing "keel" can enhance the flexibility of the spine, so that the upper and lower bodies will not be broken due to the physiological defects of the lumbar spine, so that the whole body's strength can be connected into one, and local force can trigger the whole body's strength, which is called "everywhere spring" in martial arts. Efforts can be sustained, which is what Wushu calls "mixed elements".

2, seamless, practice the "six forces." ?

Standing on the Hunyuan pile, in the end, it is not standing on the dead pile, but practicing the "six-sided Hunyuan force." When the arms are oval or spherical, the elbows should expand outward, so that there is a fullness between the arms as if a balloon is propped up outward, which is called left and right side supporting force; The back has the meaning of leaning back, and the arm has the meaning of extending forward, forming a front-back force, which is called a front-back force. The chin is slightly retracted, the head is slightly lifted, the buttocks are retracted, and the buttocks sit down, forming an up-and-down stretching trend to straighten the spine, which is called an up-and-down stretching force. When the body is under the action of these six forces, the speed of blood gas operation will be accelerated and the sense of self will be enriched. After work, you should be refreshed and happy. ?

It should be noted that the strength of six-sided harmony is not caused by the strength of muscle contraction, but naturally produced by the combination of whole body muscle stretching and blood gas operation. When practicing, the whole body should be relaxed and there should be no muscle tension. Not using force is the trick. However, this is the most difficult for beginners to grasp, and it takes hard practice to understand.

3. Cultivate vitality, connect meridians and practice spiritual unity. ?

The meaning of qi is quite extensive. Simply put, it refers to matter and function. As far as nature is concerned, the growth, development and change of everything in the universe depend on the movement of qi. As far as the human body is concerned, qi is not only the material basis of life activities, but also the functional expression of physiological activities of viscera. Qi in human body can be divided into "innate qi" and "acquired qi". "Congenital Qi", that is, primordial qi, is born in the innate essence and hidden in the vital gate of human body, which is the starting factor for the growth, development and activities of various viscera. "acquired qi" includes ancestral qi, nourishing qi, defending qi and viscera qi. Zongqi is a combination of natural atmosphere and the essence of water and grain digested by spleen and stomach, which has the function of promoting blood circulation of cardiopulmonary dressing. Supplementing qi comes from Shui Gu's subtle essence and runs in the pulse, which has the functions of nourishing the whole body and dissolving blood. Stephy originates from the kidney and is distributed on the body surface, which has the functions of strengthening yang internally and resisting health externally. The qi of zang-fu organs is endowed with innate qi, and in the later stage, the self-function of each zang-fu organ is exerted by the subtle nutrition of the valley. When the vitality is abundant, the acquired qi can be supported, the viscera can be coordinated, and the body and mind can be healthy. When practicing mixed pile, the essence of kidney, that is, the essence of nature, is nourished by the acquired essence, and the essence is lean and solid, and the vitality is self-sufficient, thus playing the role of nourishing and replenishing vitality. This process is also called "refining qi". ?

Meridians are the general name of human meridians, which are distributed all over the human body and are the channels for qi and blood to run. The practice of mixed pile can reconcile the qi and blood of human meridians and play a role in dredging meridians. When you practice kung fu to a certain extent, you can practice "mind and interest depend on each other, guiding spirit with meaning" to a certain part or viscera at will, thus practicing "mind and body are one". ?

4. Stretch muscles and bones to increase the range of physiological activities of the whole body. ?

In Wushu, if the movements are in place and the strength is smooth, it is necessary to have good body flexibility as the basis, so that the muscles and ligaments will not be hindered when doing technical movements and strength. The unique posture of the round pile makes the muscles of the whole body stretch due to the stretching of bones, which invisibly exercises the flexibility of the whole body and increases the physiological range of muscles, ligaments and joints. In fighting, it is often possible to send out strength to fight back against opponents within the scope of ordinary people's physiological activities. ?

5, the upper virtual reality, stable footwall. ?

Mixed-element piles require practitioners to live with reality, that is, the upper element (above the navel) is light and the lower element is full. When practicing, the posture center of gravity should be placed under the navel, so that the body can be as stable as Mount Tai and comfortable and natural. Breath demands that qi sink into the abdomen, thus enriching the true qi of the next Yuan Dynasty. After a long time, the footwall will gradually stabilize and have enough vitality, and finally produce the effect of rooting and sprouting.
