Brief introduction of Enshi Yulu
Enshi Yulu belongs to green tea, which is produced in Bajiao Township in the south of Enshi City and Wufeng Mountain in the east suburb of Hubei Province. It was once called "Yulu", and it was renamed as "Yulu" because of its refreshing fragrance, compact and smooth appearance, green color and white jade. Its processing technology includes seven steps: steaming, drying water and air, shoveling hair, kneading dough, shoveling hair, shaping and polishing (by holding, rubbing and tying) and sorting. 1 has the effects of antioxidation, improving immunity, lowering blood pressure and preventing coronary heart disease. Shi Weien, vice chairman of China Tea Society and professor of Hunan Agricultural University, wrote an inscription: "The best in Enshi tea"; When Masao Shimizu, a Japanese tea master, visited Enshi to inspect tea production, he wrote an inscription: "Enshi Yulu, Wen Gu is intimate".
