How to deal with anterior pelvic tilt? Does it have anything to do with X-shaped legs?

The leg shape is directly connected to the skeletal mechanics and muscle status of the lower limbs. Not all people with forward pelvic tilt have X-legs. There are also many people with forward pelvic tilt who have O-legs or normal legs. The immediate problem with X-legs is not anterior pelvic tilt. The pelvis and hip joint are different. The relationship between the hip joint and the femur; the femur and the knee joint; and the knee joint and the tibia and fibula are the most direct factors that affect the shape of the legs. Of course, the condition of the pelvis affects the function of the hip joint.

If a member’s problem is anterior pelvic tilt and X-shaped legs, a general fitness instructor will design two basic courses for her, one is to correct the pelvis, and the other is to correct the leg shape. Specific training arrangements will be arranged based on the individual circumstances of the member.
