Successive Chahar viceroy

In the Qing Dynasty, Chahar was the capital. From the 26th year of Qianlong (176 1 year) to the 3rd year of Xuantong (191year) in September, during the whole period of 150 years, the Qing government appointed 79 people to be the commander-in-chief of Chahar, respectively. According to relevant historical records, the commander-in-chief of Chahar is:

During the Qianlong period, there were Artemisia argyi, Balpin, Vogue, Antai, Balu, Changqing, Urtunassen, Jifu, Baotai, Boxing, etc. 12 people (Urtunassen served as commander in chief three times).

During the Jiaqing period, Guan Ming, Foer Xiange, Gong Qiuke Zabu, Qingyi, Zhao Xing, Chengning, Benzhi, Box, Songyun, Yi Chonga, Qingpu, Fulan, etc. 12 people (Gong Qiuke Zabu served as the chief commander twice).

During the Daoguang period, there were: Hu Songge, He Shitai, Bo Qitu, Fu 'an, Fokkinger, Wu Zhonge, Kaiyinbu, Su Le Tonga, Leshan, Cezana, Buyantai, Lu Pu, Ayantai, Yucheng, Shuangde, Jifu 19 people.

During the Xianfeng period, there were five people in Hengchun, Xilingjiang, Huashantai, Jun Qing and Long Mu, and seven people (Xilingjiang and Jun Qing served as viceroy twice).

During the Tongzhi period, there were 9 people, including Akdunbu, Fuxing, Selma Gu Shan, Yu Rui, Wensheng, Dugar, Irhebu, Chun Qing and Kuichang, 1 1 (Irhebu and Chun Qing served as commanders or acting commanders twice).

During the reign of Guangxu, there were: Ruilian, Chunfu, Mutushan, Jingfeng, Xiangheng, Qianxi, Jihe, Yongde, Shaoqi, Tuolunbu, Kuibin, Deming, Xianglin, Fenche, Kuishun, Yun Sheng, Park Jian, Songshou, Sung Hoon, Pu Liang and Huangmao.

After the Revolution of 1911, Chahar followed the flag system of generals in the Qing Dynasty. In the third year of the Republic of China (A.D. 19 14), the government of the Republic of China changed mongolia local, such as Chahar, into the Chahar Special Zone, and still established the Chahar Special Zone as the Commander-in-Chief, but its authority was expanded. The Commander-in-Chief is in charge of all the troops and manages the military, political and civil affairs in this area.
