3. After the first lap, when the rope crosses the head from the heel, the arms immediately cross and the wrist continues to drive the skipping handle.
4. After jumping the crossed rope, the arm is reversed and restored to its original state. In this way, skipping rope and crossing jump is completed, just repeat it several times.
