How to deal with the light-transmitting joint of brick wall? In fact, the light-transmitting joints of brick walls can be treated like this.

1. The environment where the light-transmitting plate is spliced shall be clean and tidy to avoid dust and powder. Wipe the joint with natural water. Fixtures for joint operation should be prepared. The joint of the bonding part should be reserved with the width of 1.5-2mm, and there should be a back cover pad (transparent tape) below to prevent the glue from flowing out. Grind the inside of the bonded part at an oblique angle of 45 with a chamfering machine or a hand mill.

2. Tools and hands need cleaning.

3. Add 8% unsaturated resin curing agent (that is, white water, note: do not touch the skin, please clean it with clear water immediately) into different special resin pastes with different colors and stir evenly.

4. Immediately fill the prepared same color glue into the joint, and the gap is about 1/3 to 1/2.

5. Glue with the same color will harden after stirring14-20min. Please use it in 20 minutes.

6. Stick the bonding plate tightly, make sure that the glue is extruded above the suture, and fix it with a fixture, so as not to fall off.

7. After complete hardening (about two hours), use hand mill to smooth the excess glue, and finally use 320# or 1000# sandpaper to smooth it.
