What unreasonable demands did you encounter when applying for a job, and how did you do it?

Hello. I have worked hard in the workplace for many years, applied for many occupations and met all kinds of people. Let me talk about the unreasonable demands I have encountered.

1. Restricting sex life is a bit ridiculous. If it is a restrictive condition indicated in the recruitment information, it is understandable, because some positions are really special and have gender requirements. When I invited all college students to interview, I also communicated with them seriously, but the result was rejected because of inappropriate gender. Maybe the interview is not ideal and I think this college student is not suitable, but you can make it clear directly.

2. no experience. It is obviously unorthodox to deliberately emphasize that people who have no work experience (not internship experience) should not know that they are college students. Or you can directly indicate that you don't want to recruit fresh college students. Why don't we wait for college students to come for an interview in a hurry, and then take a resume and say that we don't recruit inexperienced college students.

? 3. Not grateful. When some companies want to recruit people, they will advertise that they only want grateful college students or employees. This is obviously a bit overwhelming for college students. Gratitude is a natural thing. You should force employees to be grateful. Do you think this company is not ignorant?

? 4. The recruitment requirement of taking the company as the home is even more unreasonable, that is, the family is the most important, and only college students who take the public as their home are recruited. This is the wishful thinking that some companies really want to tie the hearts of college students from the beginning and exploit and squeeze them for life.

My method is as follows.

0 1. Identify unreasonable requests

Not all requirements are unreasonable, so you must learn to distinguish the rationality of requirements.

These requirements are reasonable for some things that you can do, things that will not harm your own interests, and things that you are willing to do when your time and energy allow.

For some requirements that the ability, time and energy are not allowed to complete, this requirement comes down to unreasonable requirements. Just follow a simple principle: reasonable requests can be helped selectively, and unreasonable requests need to be rejected.

02. procrastination strategy

03. Be gentle when refusing.

Human beings are all self-respecting groups. When rejecting others, we need to consider their self-esteem.
