Technical standard for binding construction of foundation reinforcement

1, rebar binding must bind all rebar intersections, foundation beam stirrups shall be bound with buckles, plate rebar shall be bound with splayed buckles, and rebar shall not be displaced. The wire heads of the lower iron of the bottom plate steel mesh are all upward, and the wire heads of the upper iron are all downward.

2. After the foundation slab is tied with the lower reinforcement, put the reinforcement horse stool, which should be placed on the lower reinforcement, not directly on the waterproof protective layer. Place positioning steel bars on the horse stool, mark positioning steel bars according to the spacing of steel bars, and place iron bars and steel bars in the other direction. The up-and-down sequence and fastening method are the same as those of the bottom reinforcement.

3. According to the played column, embedded column and wall position line, insert column, embedded column and wall reinforcement. From the distance between frame column and embedded column reinforcement, insert wall reinforcement into the first wall vertical reinforcement, and insert all columns, embedded columns and wall reinforcement into the bottom of the slab. Binding column, embedded column stirrup and wall horizontal reinforcement, in order to prevent the wall column steel dowel from shifting when pouring floor concrete, the wall column steel dowel should bind the wall horizontal reinforcement, stirrup and brace in the beam slab, with the spacing of ≤500 and not less than two.
