Educational qualification
Graduates of China's national education sequence who meet any of the following four items can apply for the exam.
1. Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education organized by ordinary universities and adult colleges) and those who can graduate through self-study exams and online education must obtain nationally recognized undergraduate diplomas before September of that year 1. Among them, fresh graduates of adult higher education, self-study exams and online education held by adult colleges and universities apply for our school, and they need to take extra exams when they re-examine. There are two types of additional test subjects: grammar (applying for public security, criminal law, procedural law, law, applied psychology, etc. ) and science and engineering (apply for public security technology, analytical chemistry, forensic medicine, etc.). ). Grammar candidates: basic computer theory, legal history (including Chinese legal history and foreign legal history); Science and engineering candidates take additional exams: advanced mathematics and general physics.
2. People with nationally recognized undergraduate degrees.
3. Candidates with the same academic qualifications are limited to: candidates who have obtained a nationally recognized full-time diploma of higher vocational colleges for two years or more (from graduation to September of the year of admission 1, the same below), have reached the same academic qualifications as undergraduate graduates, and have worked in public security and judicial units (limited to public security, procuratorial and legal formal work).
4. Persons who have obtained master's or doctoral degrees.
Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.
