Colleagues are people who try their best to work towards the same goal. If they work together, the effect will naturally be good. It is not easy for people to be the same person, because everyone grew up in different environments and has different outlook on life and values.
We can't ask everyone to be exactly the same, because that is not only impossible, but also unnecessary. But at the very least, we must understand that only by seeking common ground can we put aside our differences. This is called similarity.
Confucius put forward the highest ideal of mankind, that is, the world is a family, in our current words, called the global village. However, we find that the implementation of the global village is not very smooth now, and the world harmony still exists in name only, which requires our joint efforts.
The same person divination: the same person is in the wild, the same person is constant, the benefit is related to the mountain, and the gentleman is virtuous. "Wild Companion" tells us that it can only be achieved from near to far, from near to sparse, step by step and equally.
Therefore, it is easier to do everything in a process, and it is easier to push it out slowly from the inside out and from near to far. It is not easy to treat everyone in the world equally at once. Working together requires a principle, that is, we often say to seek common ground while reserving differences-sum up what we have in common and meet each other halfway in different parts, and naturally our views will be very close.
Gentlemen will get together, but racial differences do exist. We just want to do it, and we can try our best to do the same. No way is the same. We respect, understand and tolerate each other with different ingredients and different performances. This is called Datong, which is very difficult to achieve.
Therefore, in the hexagrams of the same person, only "the same person is in the wild" is used, and we are not told that "the same person is at home". The colleague is not at home, so the family divination says he is at home.
In other words, at home, we can take care of each other by family, but when we are out, we must do one thing-guide our feelings with reason.
Teacher Wang taught us to "always take the public as the public", that is, to practice what colleagues said on June 9: There is no blame for being at the door with colleagues. First of all, we should turn private into public, turn private into public, stand out for justice, always put ourselves in others' shoes, open our hearts, compare our hearts, and communicate with people aboveboard, so that we can naturally be blameless.

This "constancy" means that people are glad that they have not been bitten by tigers, which is the real prosperity.
This tells us that the journey of life is full of crises, and the reasonable way to get through the crisis is to act according to the truth. "Treading" is similar to polite "ceremony" and rational "reason", that is, politeness, etiquette and reason should be implemented according to reason.
The practice of divination can be divided into three levels. The most basic level is to fulfill legal obligations and not do illegal things, which is the most basic requirement for everyone. On the level of legitimacy, we should improve it a little, that is, all interpersonal relationships and daily use are spiritual and reasonable expressions, that is, we should be conscientious, treat the public fairly, abide by social morality and constantly improve our self-cultivation.
So what is the highest state of perfection of heaven?
Is to have love in your heart. "Benevolence" is the highest moral principle, moral standard and moral realm, and it is the way for China people to be a gentleman.
