The first form of Baduanjin: Holding the three energizers of heaven with both hands.

Action analysis:

(1) Maintain a standing posture, with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms drooping, eyes looking forward, remember to breathe through your nose, and keep your mind. Dantian.

(2) Place your hands flat in front of your abdomen, stretch your ten fingers together, and keep the fingertips of your left and right hands facing each other. Keep your palms upward, and then slowly move them to your chest. Then turn the palms inward, outward, up, and down respectively, and hold them up while turning.

(3) Pause for a moment, adjust your breathing until it is steady, and then extend the two arms to both sides, turn the palms from top to diagonally outward, and gradually lower the two arms to fall on both sides of the body. At the same time, exhale through your mouth instead and adjust your breath.

The second form of Baduanjin: Open the bow from left to right like shooting a vulture.

Action analysis:

(1) Step forward with your left foot and straddle your legs. Cross your arms across your chest, palms up. Then, just like shooting an arrow from left to right, move the right palm to the right chest, with the thumb and index finger of the left palm forming a figure of eight, and the other three fingers are bent back into a figure of eight and pushed forward. Keep your eyes on the fingertips of your left hand.

(2) Shift your center of gravity to the right, retract your left foot, make an arcing motion with your right hand, then retract your left and right palms in front of your abdomen, and stand with your feet side by side.
