Does the distribution steel bar on the building floor need to be fully tied?

The distribution reinforcement of building floor needs to be fully bound.

According to the information of the builder, the two-way slabs are all tied, and the one-way slabs are tied every other layer. However, the one-way slabs in structural design all follow the design of two-way slabs. Even if it is a one-way slab in size, it is also a two-way slab in structural design. Therefore, the distribution bars of building floors need to be fully bound.

Matters needing attention in floor steel binding:

(1) Clean up the sundries on the template, and use Mo Dou to play the spacing line between the main reinforcement and the distribution reinforcement on the template.

(2) spacing as planned, put the main reinforcement first, and then put the distribution reinforcement. Embedded parts, electrical conduits and reserved holes shall be installed in time.

(3) When the cast-in-place slab has a slab beam, the slab beam reinforcement shall be bound first, and then the slab reinforcement shall be placed. When binding plate reinforcement, straight buckle or splayed buckle is generally used. Except for the intersection of two peripheral tendons, other points can be bound alternately (all intersections of two-way slabs must be bound).

(4) If the floor is a double-layer steel bar, a steel bar stool should be added between the two layers of steel bars to ensure the position of the upper steel bar. Each intersection of negative moment reinforcement shall be bound.

(5) The mortar pad is placed under the steel bar with the spacing of 1.5m, and the thickness of the pad is equal to the thickness of the protective layer, which should meet the design requirements. If there is no requirement in the design, the thickness of the protective layer of the plate should be 15 mm, and a horse stool should be installed at the lower part of the cover iron in the same position as the pad iron.
