At the same time, first promote the supporting construction of municipal public buildings, realize the simultaneous delivery of municipal public buildings and houses in the future, and meet the daily needs of foreign residents.
The second is to clarify the proportion of investment subjects and urban two-level affordable housing as soon as possible. A few years ago, I heard that the district government specially wrote a report to the municipal giant office, which was developed by Songjiang District as the main investor, and the municipal giant office also specially replied. Whether the current policy needs to be changed needs to be clarified as soon as possible.
