Where did Yue Fei die?
Fengbo Pavilion was originally the name of the pavilion in the prison of Hangzhou Dali Temple (the highest judicial organ) in the Southern Song Dynasty. 863 years ago, there was a great conspiracy that shocked the world: Zhao Gou and Song Gaozong listened to the slanderers of the traitor Qin Gui, framed Yue Fei for rebellion, and Yue Fei, his son Yue Yun and his department Zhang Xian were killed in the Fengbo Pavilion. Before Yue Fei was killed, he wrote eight unique words on the Fengbo Pavilion: "Every day is bright, every day is bright", which means that God knows that I, Yue Fei, am loyal to my country! After Yue Fei was killed, the jailer shunshun risked his life, carried Yue Fei's body out of Hangzhou and buried it next to the Jiuqu Congci outside Qiantang Gate. Kun Shun told his son about it before he died, saying: Marshal Yue devoted himself to serving the country, and one day he will be vindicated! 265,438+0 years after Yue Fei's unjust case, Song Xiaozong cleared the unjust case for Yue Fei, moved his body to the foot of Qixia Mountain, and changed Xianming Temple in the West Lake into a shrine dedicated to Yue Fei, which is now the "Wang Yue Temple" that people love to see. Fengbo Pavilion was burned down due to previous wars. Last year, when the citizens of Hangzhou restored the humanistic landscape of the lakeside scenic spot of West Lake in Hangzhou, they asked the Hangzhou Municipal Government to "restore the ruins of Fengbo Pavilion". Many historical researchers and Hangzhou residents believe that Yue Fei is a very important link in the historical context of Hangzhou. Today, we can't forget the historical value of Yue Fei. After fully listening to opinions from all sides, the Hangzhou Municipal Government rebuilt Fengbo Pavilion and Fengbo Bridge near Qiantangmen and restored Xiaojing beside Fengbo Pavilion in order to commemorate Yue Yinping, the daughter of Yue Fei, and express admiration for Yue Fei.
