During the Wei and Jin Dynasties, Ruan Ji, Ji Kang, Liu Ling and Xiang Embroidery were called "Seven Sages of Bamboo Forest". Ruan Ji is very ambitious and hopes to make a difference in politics. However, he was very dissatisfied with the ruling Sima Group and dared not express his opinions and opinions directly. He had to keep a rational attitude, or study behind closed doors, or indulge in the scenery, or get drunk or keep silent. Therefore, when describing him in history books, they all say, "When you are proud, you suddenly get carried away."
In fact, as early as the Warring States period, Zhuangzi's articles also had the same view. Zhuangzi? "foreign things" said: "those embarrassed people, so in the fish, you have to forget the fish; The hoof, so in the rabbit, the rabbit forgets the hoof; Therefore, the speaker will care, be complacent and forget. I'm worried about people who forget words. " Tsuen Wan is also used as a tool to catch clams and shellfish, while hooves are used to catch rabbits. They are used for fishing and rabbits. If you get them, there is nothing: it is necessary to take them to heart again. Similarly, language is only a tool to express consciousness and spread ideas. Therefore, when Zhuang Ziqian said that he was "on cloud nine", he actually grasped the meaning and forgot the words.
Tao Yuanming of Jin Dynasty wrote in the poem Drinking: "Under the hedge of picking chrysanthemums, you can see Nanshan leisurely. There is a real meaning in this, and I have forgotten what I want to say. " Because I got the true meaning, I was not only "carried away" but also detached from the "meaning" itself. I forgot both of them and just expressed them silently. So the idiom "get carried away" has great meaning and wisdom. Its essence lies in: get its original intention and forget its appearance. No matter how you study, how you live and how you behave, this is a rare and wonderful realm.
