Can turtles eat?
Turtles, also known as China grass turtles, big-headed turtles, golden turtles, grass turtles, mud turtles and mountain turtles, will shrink their heads, limbs and tails into their shells when attacked or frightened by the enemy.
Turtles are omnivores. They eat animals, insects, worms, small fish, shrimp, snails and mussels, and also grow young leaves, duckweed, melon skin, wheat grains and rice.
The front of the tortoise's head is smooth, and the skin at the back has fine scales. The carapace is relatively flat, the limbs are slightly flat, the tail is short and small, the carapace is brown, and the carapace and nail bridge are brown.
