2.2 Operating conditions:
2.2.1 The glass should be installed after the doors and windows have been installed and before the live paint is applied.
2.2.2 Before glass installation, the geometric dimensions, surface flatness, splicing nodes, etc. of the installed frame and sash should be carefully checked to see if they are firm.
2.2.3 Transport the glass to the designated location according to installation needs, and stack it in a safe place according to the installation sequence for later use.
2.2.4 The gaskets, rubber strips, sealants, etc. required for installation should be prepared in advance and transported to the site for later use.
2.2.5 Scaffolding and high stools used for installing glass should be prepared in advance.
3 Operation process
3.1 Plastic frame sash glass installation:
3.1.1 Process flow:
3.1.2 Glass should be removed Dust, oil and other dirt and water film on the surface. And remove the mortar residue and foreign matter in the glass groove to make the drainage hole unobstructed.
3.1.3 Check whether the type, size and specifications of the glass are correct, and whether the frame fan is flat and firm.
3.1.4 Glass installation: Place the cut glass into the middle of the groove of the plastic frame fan. The gap between the inside and outside should be no less than 2mm. After assembly, the gap between the glass and the inlay groove should be ensured, and shock-absorbing pads should be installed at the main parts so that they can buffer the impact of opening and closing forces.
3.1.5 Fix with rubber strips: After the glass is installed, promptly embed the rubber strips on both sides of the glass to seal, and then squeeze the glass tightly. The specifications of the rubber batten should match the actual size of the groove. The embedded batten should be close to the glass and the glass groove. The installation cannot be offset and the batten cannot be forcibly filled in to prevent the glass from bearing large installation stress and causing cracks.
3.1.6 Check whether the position of the glass rubber strip is correct to prevent blocking the drainage channel and weep hole. After checking that there is no problem, fix the glass.
3.1.7 Glass surface cleaning. Close the frame fan and insert the latch to prevent the wind from shattering the glass.
3.2 Installation of aluminum alloy door and window glass:
3.2.1 Process flow:
3.2.2 Remove dust, oil and water film on the surface of glass and aluminum alloy , clean the mortar and foreign matter in the glass groove, clear the drainage hole, and check whether the frame fan switch is flexible.
When using sealant to fix the glass, the vertical and horizontal positions of the glass should be adjusted first. The joint between the sealant and the glass and its opening must be dry and clean.
3.2.3 Glass installation preparation: Place the lower part of the glass in the groove with a neoprene pad about 3mm thick to prevent the glass from directly contacting the frame fan.
3.2.4 Glass installation: Place the cut glass in the aluminum alloy frame fan. The glass in place should be in the middle of the groove and should be sufficiently embedded. After assembly, the gap between the glass and the inlay groove should be ensured, and shock-absorbing pads should be installed at the main parts so that they can buffer the impact of opening and closing forces.
3.2.5 Fix with rubber strips: first place the rubber strips on both sides of the glass and squeeze tightly, check whether the installation position is correct and the drainage holes should not be blocked, then take out the rubber strips and spread them evenly on the strips Apply glue (silicone series sealant) to the floor, and re-embed the bead into the glass groove in order to fix it. The specifications of the rubber batten should be consistent with the actual size of the groove, and its length should be shorter than the perimeter length of the glass. At the corners, the strips should be cut into splayed corners and connected and glued firmly. The rubber strip should be in close contact with the glass and the notch, and should not be loose. The installation should not be offset, and the rubber strip should not be forcibly filled in.
3.2.6 When installing insulating glass and glass with a glass area greater than 0.65m2 in a mullion, the glass should be placed on two identical positioning blocks, and the distance between the placing point and the vertical edge of the glass should not be less than 1/4 of the width of the glass, and should not be less than 150mm; for the glass located in the fan, determine the position of the pad according to the opening direction. The width of the positioning pad should be greater than the thickness of the supported glass, and the length should not be less than 25mm.
3.2.7 When installing the windward glass, after the glass is set into the frame, long inlaid strips should be used to squeeze the two sides of the glass or fixed with pads to prevent the glass from being shattered by gusts of wind.
3.2.8 The outside of the glass of casement doors and windows should be sealed with glass glue, so that the glass and the staggered frame should be connected as a whole.
3.2.9 Check whether the pads and inlaid strips block the drainage channels and drainage holes.
3.2.10 Clean the glass and close the doors and windows.
3.3 Installation of plastic frame fan glass
3.3.2 Remove the dust and dirt on the glass, plastic frame and fan, and clean the mortar and foreign matter in the slots of the frame and fan. Unclog drainage holes.
3.3.3 Check whether the doors and windows can be opened flexibly and whether the hardware accessories are complete.
3.3.4 According to the door and window model and glass size, and according to the installation needs, transport them to the installation site separately for later use. It should be transported safely and the glass should be stored in a safe place where it will not be smashed.
3.3.5 Install the glass in place: Place the glass in the middle of the slot with equal gaps on both sides.
3.3.6 Rubber bead fixation: Fill the embedding grooves with rubber bead on both sides of the glass at the same time, squeeze and fix the glass, and make the surrounding force uniform and consistent. The corners of the rubber bar should be cut into splayed corners. , and stick it firmly with sealant.
3.3.7 Check whether the reverse drainage channel of the drainage hole is blocked and make it unobstructed.
3.3.8 Clean the glass and close the doors and windows.
There are just a few tables that cannot be copied, but this is enough.
