Principle of using ice pier
Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, no unit or individual may use the image and name of the mascot, including the development, dissemination and sale of related derivatives expressing the work, without the permission of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee.
The image and name of the mascot shall not be divided, distorted, tampered with or used as part of other patterns. Those who use the mascot image and name according to law shall abide by the relevant technical standards and norms formulated by the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee.
With the permission of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, the ice pier can be used for non-commercial purposes by non-profit legal persons or organizations such as government agencies, grassroots mass autonomous organizations and institutions. Participants in non-commercial activities shall not engage in any form of commercial publicity by participating in non-commercial activities, except sponsors at all levels of the International Olympic Committee, the International Paralympic Committee and the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee.
If the news media reprint or quote the ice shield in newspapers, periodicals, radio stations, television stations, the Internet and other publicity reports, it is not necessary to go through the licensing procedures according to law. If the use behavior conforms to the use for personal appreciation, such as weaving patterns on personal items such as scarves and gloves for personal use only, it does not constitute infringement.
