Head contact
Push your thumb from the center of your forehead to both sides. Two thumbs slide from the center of the mandible to more than two sides, making the upper and lower lips smile. Hands from the forehead bun to the back of the head, the last two middle fingers stop behind the ear and gently press. You can talk to your baby while touching and pay attention to eye contact.
Chest touch
Push your hands from the lower part of the chest to the upper part of the opposite side, and draw a big cross on the chest to repeat. At the beginning of touching the chest, the baby may feel uneasy because of sudden nudity, but a certain nudity can exercise the baby's cold resistance. As long as the temperature is right, the baby can be naked.
Abdominal touch
Move your hands from the baby's left lower abdomen to the upper abdomen, then to the right lower abdomen, and draw a semicircle clockwise, and so on. Abdominal touching can increase the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones, help digestion and promote defecation. But be careful: please don't massage the abdomen before the baby's umbilical scab falls off.
Touch limbs
Grasp the baby's arm with both hands, alternate from the upper arm to the lower arm, gently squeeze, and then roll from top to bottom. Legs and arms are the same.
Hand-foot contact
Push from the baby's heel to the toe with the thumb pulp, and then pinch and pull the joint of the toe. Fingers and toes do the same thing.
Back touch
Touching the back can make it to the end. At this time, you need to turn your baby over and lie there. Take the spine as the center line, put your hands at right angles to the spine, and move your hands repeatedly in the opposite direction. Move from the top of the back to the hips and back to the shoulders.
