Usually, there will be an arrow above the pressure relief valve, which represents the direction of adding water. Aim in the direction of the arrow. Connect one end of the pressure reducing valve to the water tank of the water heater and the lower end to the hot and cold water valve. Then use a wrench to remove the above screws and tighten the pressure reducing valve in the direction of arrow to avoid loosening.

After installation, carefully check whether there is any blockage inside the pressure reducing valve, because internal blockage will lead to the inability to release the pressure and affect the use of the electric water heater.

How to use the electric water heater;

1, two valves open at the same time.

When we use the electric water heater, the two valves at the bottom should be opened, because the water in the water heater will gradually decrease when it is used, so we should replenish cold water at any time to prevent the water heater from burning out. If no cold water is poured in, no hot water will come out.

Step 2 set the temperature

Before use, set the temperature and heat the water through the thermostat. Usually the temperature is 50 degrees Celsius. When the water temperature is too low, the thermostat will automatically turn on and start heating. If the water temperature is too high, the water heater will automatically stop heating, so don't worry about the problem of too high water temperature.

3, adjust the use temperature

When using the water heater, you can control the hot and cold water by rotating the faucet regulator. Turn the faucet left for hot water, and turn right for cold water. Usually when the faucet is turned to the middle position, there is hot water.

4. Don't switch the power supply at will.

When using the electric water heater, try not to switch the power supply frequently, which will easily burn out the electric water heater. Because many water heaters now have constant temperature function, when it reaches the set temperature, it will automatically heat up without turning off the power itself.

3. The piston valve usually has a seat around the high-pressure gate valve. The upper part of the piston valve is equipped with tissue, which can adjust the load. When the working pressure in machinery and equipment is within a certain pressure range, the force of internal substances acting on the piston valve is less than the force loaded into the tissue and applied to the valve.

The difference between them constitutes the seal between piston valve and high pressure gate valve. This force causes the piston valve to press on the high-pressure gate valve, and the materials of the machinery and equipment cannot be discharged.
