A, the specification requirements of the ramp
Article 6.7 of the Technical Specification for Safety of Fastening Steel Pipe Scaffolding in Building Construction (JGGG130-2001) stipulates that:
6.7. 1 The types of ramps used for the transportation of pedestrians and materials shall be determined according to the following requirements: (1) Scaffolds with a height not exceeding 6m shall adopt straight ramps; (2) Scaffolds with a height greater than 6m should adopt zigzag ramps.
6.7.2 The structure of the chute shall meet the following requirements: (1) The chute shall be attached with external scaffolding or buildings; (2) The conveying chute width should not be less than 1.5m, the slope should be 1: 6, the pedestrian chute width should not be less than 1m, and the slope should be1:3; (3) A platform should be set at the corner, and its width should not be less than that of the chute; (4) Rails and skirting boards should be set on both sides of the slideway and around the platform. The railing height should be 1.2m, and the skirting board height should not be less than180mm; (5) According to Article 6.4. 1 ~ 6.4.6 of this specification, wall-penetrating connectors shall be set on both sides of the chute, the periphery of the platform and the end; Horizontal diagonal should be added every two steps; Scissors and cross braces shall be set according to the provisions of Articles 6.6.2 and 6.6.3 of this specification.
6.7.3 The scaffold board structure of the chute shall meet the following requirements: (1) When the scaffold board is laid horizontally, longitudinal support bars shall be added below the transverse horizontal bars, and the spacing between the longitudinal support bars shall not be more than 500mm(2) When the scaffold board is laid, the joints shall be overlapped; The lower plate head should be pressed on the upper plate head, and the convex edge of the plate head should be filled with triangular wood; (3) Slip-proof battens should be set at intervals of 250 ~ 300mm on the scaffolding of pedestrian chute and conveying chute, and the batten thickness is 20 ~ 30mm.
Second, the construction chute setting reason analysis
1. Due to construction reasons, the access of the operation floor is not smooth, forming the main staircase walkway. Because the vertical poles and vertical and horizontal Rachel poles of the floor support system are criss-crossed, people can't walk normally at all.
2. During the construction process, due to the construction sequence, there are potential safety hazards such as temporary construction holes and unprotected temporary boundaries in the passage route; Operators operate and walk vertically, and materials, tools and sundries are easy to fall and hurt the walking personnel. There are potential safety hazards in the original main structure stairs.
3. The construction personnel of the facade of the operation floor, the construction of the external wall and the facade of the floor must climb higher than lower, and safety accidents are prone to occur in the process of climbing from indoors to outside the frame.
Three, the use of construction ramp analysis
1. With the development of construction industry, the vertical transportation in construction has also changed, and the vertical transportation machinery has also diversified. Therefore, the function of the construction chute as material transportation should be cancelled, that is, the purpose of the construction chute is a special lane for the construction personnel to operate up and down.
2. The construction ramp should be suitable for multi-storey buildings (height less than 25m), not for small high-rise buildings and high-rise buildings.
Four, the construction ramp erection points
1. Construction chutes shall be set independently.
2. The foundation soil of the stud foundation should be compacted, and the foundation should not be false to avoid uneven settlement. The foundation should be reinforced by external scaffolding.
3. The vertical pole spacing, cross bars, railings, baseboards, sweeping poles and bracing should be synchronized with the external scaffolding.
4. Wall parts (Rachel): Rachel should be set separately. If the external scaffold is used for Rachel nodes, Rachel nodes should be added to the corresponding parts of Rachel nodes in the scaffold.
5. Set protective shed and safety warning signs at the access point.
V. Function of construction ramp
The construction ramp is a special passage for construction personnel to go up and down. Construction workers can walk safely and horizontally regardless of the operation floor, floor or external scaffolding, which plays a role in improving the safety and convenience of construction workers. When necessary, the construction ramp is also a fire escape for fire accidents. The practice of several projects proves that the construction ramp can not only improve the level of safety protection, but also greatly improve the speed of construction workers going up and down, and prevent safety accidents and fire accidents.
