Choose a quiet and comfortable room, adjust the temperature of the room to 26-28 degrees, put on soothing music, let the baby lie down, talk to the baby first, interact for a while, then take some moisturizing oil and put it on the palm of your hand, and you can start stroking the baby.
1, face to face
Put the four fingers together on both sides of the baby's head, slowly push the thumb pulp along the eyebrows to the temple, then push it up to the hairline, and then push it out from the middle of the chin to the earlobe with the thumb pulp to draw a smiling face. Push your fingertips from the hairline of your forehead to the back of your ear. Here, be careful to avoid the fontanel. Touching your head often can promote brain development.
2, chest touch
Put three fingers together on the ribs on both sides, and alternately push your hands up to your shoulders, paying attention to avoiding nipples. Touching the chest can make the baby breathe more smoothly.
3. Abdominal touch
Put your fingers together, start from the baby's right lower abdomen with your fingertips and draw a circle clockwise. If the baby's umbilical cord has not fallen off, be careful not to touch it. Abdominal touch can promote the digestion and absorption of stomach and relieve flatulence of colon.
4, upper limb touch
Grasp the baby's arm with both hands and gently rub it from the upper arm to the wrist like milking, then hold the arm with both hands and rub it up and down. Put your thumb in your baby's palm and knead it alternately. Massage the baby's back with the remaining four fingers. Then gently pinch your baby's fingers with your thumb and forefinger and massage each finger in turn.
Step 5 touch the lower limbs
Gently knead the baby from the thigh root to the calf in the same way as massaging the upper limbs, and then knead it up and down. Put the thumb on the baby's sole, four fingers on the instep, massage the thumb from heel to toe, and massage the baby's instep with the other four fingers. Hold the ankle with one hand and the baby's toes with the other, from toe to toe. Touching the upper and lower limbs helps to promote the blood circulation of the baby's skin.
6. Touch your back
Let the baby lie prone, hold the baby's back with both hands, and gently massage with your thumb along both sides of the spine from the top to the sacrum tail. Four fingers together, from the neck to the buttocks, slowly push out from the middle of the spine to both sides with your fingertips, and gently slide your hands down the spine from the head alternately and massage to the buttocks. Touching the back can relieve the muscles in the baby's back.
After touching, the baby's skin is slightly red, indicating that the strength is just right. If there is no obvious change in the skin, it means that the intensity is too light. If the skin turns red after two or three times, it means that the strength is too heavy.
It is suitable for touching the baby after taking a bath or before going to bed, about 20 minutes each time.
