How to repair the water pipe leaking behind the toilet?

1. If the water inlet hose behind the toilet is damaged due to aging, it will cause water leakage. In this case, it is best to replace the water inlet hose with a new one. Turn the old hose counterclockwise with a small pliers or wrench, unscrew the cap from the bottom of the water tank, and dry the joint with a dry rag before installing a new hose.

2. If the screw of the water inlet pipe interface of the toilet is loose or the sealant is cracked and can't be completely sealed, it will lead to water leakage. You can tighten the position of the interface screw clockwise with a wrench, and observe whether it continues to leak. If the sealant at the interface is cracked, we can clean up the residual sealant first, dry the place where the sealant is to be applied, and re-apply a circle of sealant.

how to install the toilet without water leakage?

1. Take out the pipe plug of the ground sewer, and after checking that there is no sundries in the pipe, clean up the surrounding of the nozzle.

2. Align the outlet pipe of the toilet bowl with the outlet pipe, align it flat, mark the bolt hole of the toilet bowl, and remove the toilet bowl.

3. Punch a hole with a diameter of 2mm and a depth of 6mm at the mark, insert a bolt with a diameter of 1mm into the hole, twist it firmly with cement, put the eye of the toilet seat on the bolt to match the mark, and remove the toilet seat after the test. Apply putty around the outlet and sewer of the toilet, then align the four bolt holes of the toilet with the bolts, align them flat, cover the bolts with rubber pads, and screw the nuts until they are moderately elastic.

4. aim at the center of the rear tail of the toilet, draw a vertical line, draw a horizontal line at a height of 8 mm from the ground, draw marks on the horizontal line according to the positions of the two side holes on the back of the water tank, and punch holes with a diameter of 3 mm and a depth of 7 mm at the printed holes. Insert a bolt with a diameter of 1 mm and a length of 1 mm into the hole and twist it firmly with cement. Hang the back water tank on the bolt, align it flat, especially with the center of the toilet, put a rubber pad on the bolt, and screw the nut until it is moderately elastic.

5. When installing the sewer elbow of the backwater tank, first remove the nuts of the sewer outlet of the backwater tank and the water inlet of the toilet, and put them on the sewer elbow back to back, and the rubber pads are also put on the sewer pipes respectively. Insert the upper end of the water elbow into the water outlet of the back water tank and the lower end into the water inlet of the toilet, then push the rubber pad to the water outlet, screw on the nut, align and straighten the water elbow, and screw it with pliers until it is moderately elastic.

6. When connecting the water supply with a splayed door, measure the distance between the float door of the water tank and the nozzle of the water supply, match the nipple, install the splayed door and put it into the nozzle of the water supply. Cut off the copper pipe or plastic pipe, and bend the lamp fork properly. Then, put the float door and splayed door nut back to back on the copper pipe or plastic pipe, wrap oil asbestos rope or lead oil hemp thread at both ends of the pipe, insert them into the import and export of the float door and splayed door respectively, and tighten the nuts.
