Wearing wristbands or bandages only solves part of the problem, and it is not necessarily necessary to wear them in daily life! If you want to prevent wrist injuries, you must have a strong wrist, which requires exercise.
How to exercise? You can use a bottle filled with water, hold your head, and then turn it clockwise or counterclockwise in a figure of eight. You need to be persistent and don't be impatient, otherwise you will injure your wrist. You need to do it in moderation. Do one set until your hands are sore, rest for 2 to 3 minutes, 3 sets per day
This method is very effective. I use this method to exercise wrist and arm strength. (This method is used when your hands are not used for medical reasons)
If your hands need to be protected because of medical conditions, I also recommend that you wear a wrist strap or a bandage.
