What do you mean impermanence, all laws are without me, all things are bitter and lonely?

1, impermanence:

As long as all living beings are alive, they are colored, thoughtful, active and understood. Among them, "behavior suggestion" refers to all kinds of behaviors of all beings. Although these behaviors can also make up all kinds of good news, they will eventually die out, and nothing is eternal.

Of course, after every death, a new body will be born, but the same thing is endless. In this way, life and death are endless, and all kinds of bitter reports (eight pains) are borne.

2, the law without me:

In all laws, there is no me who is true and not bad. I can see and hear knowledge, which is the law of life and death. If someone thinks that this conscious mind can enter the next world, it is an alien who does not conform to the facts. What can go to the next life is a sincere heart that will never be perceived. The heretical "God I", "Brahma I" and "soul" are all illusory, and it is impossible to live forever or even go to the next life.

3. All leaks are painful:

All kinds of behaviors of sentient beings are leaking and cannot be really accumulated, just like "drawing water with a sieve in a bamboo basket". Wealth, fame, status, family, even beauty, wisdom and so on. All the results (maybe good results, good results) obtained by action cannot be the same. Therefore, having it temporarily is itself "bitter" (impermanent suffering). Therefore, it is said that all gains from leaking the law are bitter ("bitter" in Eight Bitterness). If someone thinks that it is not bitter to cultivate one's morality and cultivate one's nature to get rich. This is the Jaken that is not true.

4. Enjoy silence:

Get rid of the "troubles" brought by the "decent world" of "rolling red dust", and it will be a paradise.

Expand the understanding of "I" in the materials "there is no me in all laws";

There are two kinds of "I insist": one is that people insist; In both cases, the law is my own. "Self-control" is not only insisting that there are all beings in the world for me, but in fact there is nothing outside the five aggregates, only that we think there is one person-me; It is also a self who is obsessed with body and mind, not with body and not with heart, called "people hold me"; In addition, we are attached to the "law" and think that it has self-nature. For example, we are attached to the sun, sky and ground between heaven and earth, which is the so-called "law enforcement". The body and mind (dharma) that we cling to the five elements is the real dharma, so it is called "the dharma that I hold"; "I hold" leads us to think that there is me in the world, so I can't get it. I didn't.
